That (the result) is the later fruit, not merely the cause, nor merely the fruit, but belongs to both existence and non-existence. Thus, the statement "existing becomes existing" means that if there is a phenomenon that becomes existing, then that existence is. That which immediately becomes existing is the fruit. The statement "that exists" means that the cause is considered to exist. That is indeed existence, and here too it must be firmly grasped. The later statement of firmly grasping is not based on merely firmly grasping, so what is it? It should be seen that what appears as the cause is indeed existence here, and it should be firmly grasped. Therefore, the meaning of the word changes here, the fruit of the phenomenon that arises immediately undoubtedly has a cause. Thus, the cause itself of the cause is undoubtedly close to the immediate arising of that fruit. This implies that the reverse is also guided by meaning, that is, it should be understood that by firmly grasping, the reverse is also guided by meaning. Therefore, the meaning changes here, it is indeed existence, not non-existence. Therefore, it is shown in this way that what appears as the cause is undoubtedly close, and what is not close is not. The existence itself that appears as the cause, what becomes existence is the fruit itself that appears as the fruit, that is, that fruit itself that appears as the fruit, thus, any cause, if proximity itself exists, then it exists. Completely established means famous. By what is it established? It is said from perception and non-apprehension, meaning through perception and non-apprehension. What is established? It is said cause and effect, cause and effect are cause and effect, the meaning of cause and effect is that things are only cause and effect. Among them, if there is a cause, there is a result, this is known through perception. If there is no cause, there is no result, this is known through non-apprehension. Because both perception and non-apprehension know existence and non-existence, therefore the name of cause and effect is applied, therefore, existence and non-existence only abide in cause and effect, thus, existence and non-existence themselves.

The statement "It is cause and effect, and not other" is the end of realization. Therefore, for the time being, the term "just this is the true meaning" is used, where "therefore" is based on reasoning. The remainder explains itself. The explanation of "just this alone" is "existence and non-existence." These themselves are truly and authentically real. Whatever meaning belongs to this, those themselves are real. That meaning belongs to those who have discriminations. The meanings of the parts of "just this is the true meaning" are easy to understand. The explanation of the general meaning is: "Just this is the seed," which means, "Just this is the cause." This shows that the cause of the discrimination of cause and effect is, in reality, only existence and non-existence. The term "the objects of cause and effect" refers to grasping at the objects and the fruit. Cause and effect are synonymous with "object." The explanation of "the demonstrator also demonstrates according to the meaning of connection" is "as if there is a connection," which is easy to understand. The phrase "also for the meaning of non-connection" means that although there is actually no connection, discrimination makes it appear as if there is a connection. Because of doing so, it is a reversed meaning. The reason for saying this is that things actually have no connection, but it is made to appear as if there is a connection. Therefore, the meaning of discrimination is reversed. If it is said that only those untrue meanings of connection are shown, then by what is it a reversed meaning? The question "If it is said that only those untrue meanings of connection are shown, then by what is it a reversed meaning?" means: Do discriminations only show the meaning of no connection? By what are those considered to be untrue meanings? "That is also so" means that the discrimination of an untrue connection is true. If asked, "By what is it manifested?" Therefore, like this, there are two things to be examined here: Are cause and effect truly different in meaning, or is it a connection that is not different? If someone acknowledges that the meaning of cause and effect is truly connected, then is it actually different? Or is it not different? Thus, two discriminations are shown. The phrase "If it is different" means if, for the time being, cause and effect
