What is shown is that the meaning of "fruit does not arise from a cause of the same kind" is clearly intended to be expressed here, so arguing with others that if one sees that even a small amount of fruit arises from a different kind, then how can this not contradict the statement that "it does not arise from a different kind"? For example, just as mentioning cow dung, mentioning "etc." refers to horns and crystals, etc. Mentioning "Shaluka" etc. refers to bamboo and water, etc. Revealing the error of other tenets is mentioning "it is not produced from a different kind", because what is seen to arise from which cause, that and that does not arise from the dissimilar, the meaning of this is intended to be expressed here, because the fruit is not produced from a different kind, so there is no error in this. Mentioning "that is just like that", the nature of cow dung etc., and the first cause of the same kind of Utpala (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) etc., the first moment of the Utpala (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) etc. continuum, which is the cause, is proven to be the cause, so it becomes the Utpala (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) etc. continuum, not produced by different causes. At the time of all the lands, first of all, cow dung etc. is the cause. When the previous moment of the continuum is the cause, the later moments all become the nature of being produced by the cause, at that time bamboo arises from bamboo. Similarly, the continuum arising from horns etc. is not the same as that bamboo. Moreover, the later ones arising from that bamboo are different from those arising from horns, because it is impossible to be the same as what is seen from a cause of a different kind, so the concomitance and contraposition of the reason of the fruit are certain. When Utpala (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) etc. are related to the previous ones of the same kind, and continuously arise from beginningless time, then cow dung etc. also appear in a hundred, and are also different from that, so it is an error, what is shown is mentioning "or" etc., which is the Utpala (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) continuum, and which is the cow dung etc. continuum.

Moreover, due to reasons of sameness in all kinds, cow dung and lotuses that grow from other places are different in nature. If, merely because the shapes of things that are different from each other are different, they are considered to be the same, then how are they different? Therefore, it is necessary to state that "the shapes of things are only the same." What is the word "ni" for? Because they are similar to cow dung, cow dung and lotuses that grow from other places are the same in shape, but they are not the cause of different kinds. Why is this? Because it has been stated that "the shapes are not different," and so on. Some people think that even if the shapes are the same, these things are different due to differences in other aspects. Therefore, sameness in shape is not the cause of sameness in kind. Therefore, even if the shapes are the same, some different flowers are seen, such as blue flowers and another safflower. Some are different in terms of fruit, such as another karkota. Some are different in terms of taste, such as another gagong. Some are different in terms of smell, such as wood and another champaka. Some are different in terms of potency, such as arura, which causes diarrhea upon contact or consumption. Therefore, due to the reason of sameness in shape, cow dung and lotuses that grow from other places give rise to the cognition of "this is it" and are mistakenly thought to be lotuses. Similarly, things that arise from a collection of different natures should be considered to be of different kinds, not of the same kind. Therefore, cognition itself is a mistake, because the similarity it infers is false. If cow dung and lotuses that grow from other places, or smoke that arises from fire, due to the cognition of smoke, even things that have the cause of a collection of different natures, become the same essence, then what fault is there? Therefore, it is necessary to state "if it is not so," and so on. If anything that has the nature of the same kind, and a collection together with other conditions, does not depend on the essence of cow dung, etc., which are of the same kind, but rather on lotuses, etc.
