As its state of existence, there is no abiding. As its state of existence, there is no arising and ceasing. As it is said, things do not transform into the nature of a single thing. Therefore, it is because it is admitted that the ultimate ability associated with the nature of other things can generate consciousness in that place. The six meanings of words and so on, which are established by others, should not be the nature of existence, because being separated from all abilities is also the nature of non-existence of things. In short, all things are the nature of being separated from the abilities of other things, therefore, in order to exclude non-existence, whatever is without ability is determined as the only non-existence. The nature of ability is momentary existence. Therefore, the nature of momentariness cannot be established as non-existence. From what does following and contradiction arise? Non-momentary things, no matter what, will be separated from the ability to generate the ultimate consciousness, that is, the ability of momentariness. Here, if one experiences the nature of momentary existence, which contradicts the non-existence of the nature of being empty of all abilities, and thus excludes it, then from what does following and contradiction arise? Thus, it is said that things happen sequentially and simultaneously. Emptiness and non-momentariness, which are empty of all abilities, are not manifest, however, it is because it can distinguish emptiness. Thus, acting sequentially and simultaneously is universal, because there is no other way. Therefore, contradicting the ability that pervades non-momentariness, the pervaded thing is contradictory, because the ability to act is also contradictory. The non-existence of the nature of being empty of all abilities, which pervades non-momentariness, is led by non-perception, because contradictory things cannot exist on one entity. Therefore, the momentary dharmas of existence with contradiction are abiding, because it is their nature. Whatever exists is only momentary, this is the definite understanding established by the nature of following and contradiction. Thus, since there is no other way, for fruits such as sprouts

If it is said that seeds and so on act in succession and simultaneously, how can it produce a fruit that is separate from other forms? If other forms become the object of cognition, how can they be completely non-existent? This is merely a negation of objects and so on. If it is not the object of cognition, then existence is not certain, because it is fictional, from where can non-existence be established? Therefore, if other forms can function, then the opposition of succession and simultaneity can also function, if it cannot be opposed, how can it be momentary? If the nature of being separated from all functions is non-existence, then by what can the nature of existence and momentariness follow and oppose? No, because there is no fault in either. Like this, the meaning of succession is order. Being simultaneous with other fruits is just sprouts and so on. Simultaneity is also seeds and so on that are different from this being simultaneous with the fruit. Other forms are those that have abandoned the sprouts and so on, and have also become other. That is, sprouts and so on being simultaneous with others and being alone. Non-existence is what should be recognized through direct perception, if it exists, then it is the nature of the non-manifest object, then succession and simultaneity do not exist, as well as non-manifestation and invisibility. Because there is no object of things and being simultaneous with others and being alone, therefore the nature of producing appearance in direct perception of objects and so on separated from this, invisibility is merely the term for the characteristic of determining non-existence and so on. The negation of its sprout and so on's nature outside of the two states is: Some people think that from places and times and so on, sprouts and so on arise in succession from other places and so on, even if they do not exist in another, there is no fault at all. Therefore, since the absence of other forms is established only through direct perception, how can succession and simultaneity and so on function, it will not pervade. How does the author establish the absence of other forms only through direct perception, similarly he himself also acknowledges, speaks and explains this succession and non-succession and so on. Also becoming the characteristic of the object, the nature of succession and simultaneity and so on mutually distinguishing.
