It should be understood in the same way. The object of mere consciousness is definitely from the action of the immediately preceding cause, and not from the senses, etc. The later moment of the sense organ arises from the previous sense organ, and not from the immediately preceding cause of the same kind that is suitable for its own consciousness. Similarly, form and so on should also be stated. Therefore, even if the states are different, the cause of the consciousness that determines it as one is the cause of producing the fruit of its own continuum, because it is the proximate cause. Other continuums, relying on the previous state, are the cause that acts together with the cause of difference and so on. These things are the nature that comes from the transmission of their own cause. Slightly producing the cause that establishes the continuum of its own fruit is also the reason for saying that it is the cause of another continuum. Because the collection of that is distinguished by others, there is no contradiction between the moments of the senses, form, and consciousness being mutually inconsistent. Therefore, when the cause of each is not multiple, if it is the difference of the fruit, then because there is no connection, it will become uncertain, but that is also admitted, so there is nothing. However, the difference of the cause of the nature of the collection, the difference of the fruit is also inconsistent from other collections, therefore, when it is said that the nature of the causes is different, because it is not here, how can there be the idea that the difference of the cause will not become the difference of the fruit? The difference of the cause will not become the difference of the fruit is not like that, from where does it come? It speaks of "how is oneself" and so on. In order to show that both are the fruit of these, it is seen by measurement, so it says for example and so on. For example, a pot made from clay and so on, even if it is multiple causes, will not become the nature of multiple. Because it is not produced by other collections, it is an example to explain this non-different nature. Among them, what is produced by other collections is temporarily different.

It is also mentioned such as the lump of earth. Here, the nature of the lump of earth, the potter, and the rope not being assembled is that it is together with other causes, produced by other characteristics such as bricks, so it accomplishes different fruits. The different characteristics of the assembly, like the nature of the vase arising, do not depend on the potter, etc., and from the lump of earth arise other woods, etc., produced from the near-taking of different characteristics, so the fruit of the nature of the earth is seen to arise. Together with the potter, etc., the difference of making the vase of its own nature as the cause is that it is a different entity from the lump of earth alone, and its characteristics are not the same as its fruit, etc. Thus, the potter, etc., also produce fruit with things that act together with other near-takings, and whatever that characteristic is not the same, together with the lump of earth, those who differentiate the cause of it can generate the fruit of the nature of the vase, which is the meaning of the summary. Among them, the nature different from the lump of earth, the near-taking cause other than the vase, is not the nature of the earth, such as wood, etc., which arise from those. The near-taking action of the potter and the lump of earth is excellent, and by combining the near-taking with things that act together, the vase is the nature of the earth by the near-taking of the lump of earth, and the difference in shape, the nature of the water-holding appearance, etc., from that other, whatever the cause and near-taking cause other than the lump of earth are together, the bricks, etc., become entities different from those. From the rope, the difference in the cause of the lump of earth and the potter is that the vase is the difference in the shape of the earth, because the potters, etc., are the nature of generating it for the lump of earth, so it is the nature of the vase. Those are also transformed into the nature of different states, independent of those differences in the cause of the rope, and are the nature of distinguishing and analyzing from the wheel, etc. Therefore, the cause of
