As previously shown. Following after is definite, and it is also stated with the reason of self-nature, etc. Then, how does that become an opportunity for the previous aspect? It is true, however, what the previous teacher did was merely momentariness, ultimately done by others, because undoubtedly admitting association with the cause of destruction. Showing the absence of that cause, then without dependence, it is destroyed, with the measure of harm preventing it, it is said to be established as its own nature, arising incidentally to that, then the characteristic of what is made and what exists is to understand its own nature, and other things should not be shown, because it contradicts the characteristic of being able to perform a function, so all that exists is only a thing, although it has been said before, but wanting to elaborate, therefore approaching the previous aspect. The existence with the characteristic of not being made is only non-existence, because without a cause, place, time, and nature are definitely unreasonable. Therefore, the previous teacher, for the existence of a permanent thing without a cause, because the permanent thing without complete parts is impossible, therefore did not strive for its own nature. The author of the treatise, for the general characteristic of existence and the characteristic of what is made, although exhausted by place, time, and nature, its own nature only dwells in things, it should be shown to contradict the ability to perform a function admitted by others, and afterwards undoubtedly destruction, without a cause, there is no difference, therefore it becomes the fault of merely non-arising. Therein, the previous teacher, for all that exists and is made, ultimately undoubtedly the destruction made by cause, whatever the outsider desires, that is, with the order of non-dependence, the cause of destruction is unreasonable, thus it is said. If destruction is without cause, then the destruction of those made things, undoubtedly occurs, destruction, from where does it come, is it not merely a sudden nature? It is said "with the essence of self-nature", we arise from that is the result, therefore it is declared with the words of the cause of things. Destruction by its own cause is the nature of destruction, just as there is no place for mustard seed on the tip of a needle, so is its own.

That which is of its own nature, that which is born from things, those existing things of the nature of being made, which are accomplished from their own causes, do not arise from destruction by entrusting to others, etc. Why is that? That destruction, which is permitted to be caused by association with fire, etc., is because it is powerless. Association with fire, etc., should be examined in three ways: that is, the destruction of wood, etc., or other states such as coal, etc., or the nature of the transformation of wood, etc., is a being that is not of the nature of non-things. In that, other than the action of association with fire, etc., one should not think of anything else. Briefly, in some things that have become things, here destruction, by the power of cause, is not reasonable. Why is that? Those who have the cause of destruction, the nature of firewood, etc., which is born from the nature manifested from its own cause, does not make the nature of the self-nature that is not solely dependent. Why is that? Because firewood, etc., only changes from its own cause. It is not possible to make the nature of abiding unchanging into the nature of that other non-thing. If its cause arises later from another, then it becomes the fault of another meaning, so that is not reasonable in another, because the action of the cause cannot be examined in it. Or again, in this way, it should be examined in three ways: if destruction is the nature of wood, etc., by association with fire, etc., destruction is done by cause, then it is only because of the transformation of its own cause. The thought of the maiden Katyayana, that association with fire, etc., makes it without nature, is not so. However, when firewood, etc., is destroyed and there is nothing, and the nature of firewood, etc., is not complete, then only coal, etc., arises later. That, like the absence of milk in yogurt, is said to be the form of destruction and absence, so there is no contradiction in accepting that absence with cause is possessed. Likewise, another also said: "By being devoid of other things, If there is arising from non-perception, That of that is called non-existent, Why is it not born from cause?" Thus it is said. That which is permitted by the maiden Katyayana, that and those who are eliminated, are called things, etc., thus it is said, the nature of the fruit later
