Some people possess extremely excellent wisdom, like the tip of a kusha grass, and if we examine the opponent of the argument, we can see it. For example, in order to refute the author of the Vedas, the Sugata (Buddha), through the lineage of teachers and disciples, before a young woman conceived, did not see any statement refuting the opponent's argument, which, combined with excellent wisdom, if we examine the opponent of the argument, seeing this and that, then until the end of life, seeing the opponent's argument, the doubt about it will never disappear. Therefore, how can it be said that doubt is without measure? The so-called "same nature" and so on, has also already explained the reason for the doubt of the existence of an opponent. For doubting the existence of an opponent, it cannot be eliminated merely by observing, such as by understanding the reason for its existence. Therefore, it is necessary to explain a little about the special reason for refuting this opponent's argument. For example, when we say the nature-hetu, because of the measure that hinders refutation, we have determined the necessarily existing concomitance and counter-concomitance. And to explain a little about the reason for refuting the pomegranate-hetu. For example, when we say the nature-hetu, because of the power of the measure that hinders refutation, we have determined the necessarily existing concomitance. Seeing that the reason is uncertain, because of the existence and non-existence of opponents, here the nature of "existence of opponent" is determined. Therefore, for things, there is no opponent of the argument, that nature of the argument is uncertain. For those who say that the number they want to express is the same, it will not become an argument at all. Uncertainty will not become the nature of the argument, the conclusion is that, therefore, if that is the case, then any non-existent argument opponent that is desired is considered to be contrary to the correct knowledge argument. Excluding one's own conceptualization, relying on two conceptualizations, or saying that the opponent's argument is not well shown, etc. Said the argument contrary to correct knowledge.

It should be connected with "that which is desired." Regarding this aspect, other commentators point out that the teacher Dignāga also approves. They say, "What did the teacher Dignāga say?" They said, "Then, at what time," and so on. The nature of being audible will become the property of the thesis in the argument. For example, "Sound is permanent because it is audible, just like sound." When others say this, the teacher's statement about sound as the subject, and some characteristics such as impermanence as the reason, and being produced by effort, when not shown to the Vaiśeṣikas and others, if at that time your reason does not show equality, it is like saying this. In this way, the teacher created the treatise by extending his hand with supernatural power, which was created earlier. Some people explain, "This is that, and the teacher also approves of that." These are extremely disturbing, because they have been done, so they cannot be proclaimed. The faults of the guru should not be proclaimed, and those who follow reason should not conceal them, that is, they should not be hidden. Therefore, is it to speak of the guru's faults, or should one rely on reason? Because neither can be done, it is extremely disturbing, how can one overcome it? Sometimes it is not possible. What fault is there in this? Because this is extremely disturbing. For the time being, this reason is stated, audibility and so on are the characteristics of the reason. Things are sound and so on. What one wants to establish is permanence. Its nature is to make it its essence. Who establishes that it is audible with valid cognition? People are thinkers and doers, and so on. By this, the manifest higher realm is the heavenly realm. Decisive goodness is connected with liberation. If so, if one meditates on the suchness of things, but does not abandon afflictions, then one will temporarily be born in the heavenly realm. If afflictions are abandoned, then one will transcend nirvāṇa.
