Even if direct perception has already determined that it is the nature of its own self-characteristic, it should be determined and stated as being close to complete establishment in order to immediately generate the aspect of universal conceptualization. It has been explained that there is no other cognition except for the conceptualization that arises after direct perception. Therefore, if the characteristic of the universal self-nature is established as a sign, then only the recognition of the self-characteristic is the reason for its establishment. Therefore, it should be said that the locus as the subject to be proven is established by direct perception. This will also become clear immediately. Alternatively, for the subject to be proven by inference, it must be determined that the locus is completely established, and the difference between valid cognition and its result is determined by inference and inference. Here, the example is in order, for example, it is said that there is smoke in the place. If one thinks that the universality of smoke is determined by direct perception, then the fire associated with the place is not directly perceived. And whoever sees in direct perception the nature of the sky part, etc., as having the nature of smoke, but does not see it as having the nature of fire, then how can the smoke of the place be completely established in direct perception? Therefore, only smoke can be the subject. If someone says: This smoke is with fire, because it is smoke, this needs to be proven. If the part of the smoke with fire is completely visible, then the part located above is not together with fire, because it is not directly perceived. Then how can the universal subject of smoke not be directly perceived? If someone says that the part of the smoke is established in direct perception, then since there is no difference from the part, worldly people will cling to what appears as one, or the place is also considered as one, which cannot be clearly shown. Even in the place itself, fire should be shown, not smoke. The reason of the effect is understood by relying on place and time, etc. For contradictory effects, it is also necessary to rely on place and time, etc. Otherwise, confusion will arise, like proving fire with cold, or proving fire with ashes. Such words have been said. Therefore, relying on place, etc., the place with smoke that establishes fire should be taken as the subject.
