Because it is said "different from that" etc. Therefore, the pot etc. to be negated, other than being able to generate the consciousness with an object, is able to generate the object itself, and is not contrary to this. Here, the term "non-apprehension" expresses the nature of the side that is devoid of the self-nature of the pot. Here, only the previous reason is indicated, saying "like the previous" etc. Because it is different from the object that one wants to express, it is said for negation rather than affirmation, like what is inedible and untouchable. How to negate is also for the sake of the other. Because there is a common pot, it is assumed that the non-apprehension that negates the pot, that is, negates the place or location devoid of the pot, is applied. Do not think that all these are expressed indifferently by "other", so it is said "where what" etc. Where refers to the characteristics of place, time, and occasion, such as offerings. What refers to the nature of the place etc. to be apprehended. Certainly means inevitably. Other things, the nature of the pot etc., will become the object of apprehension. That is, the nature of the pot etc. is mixed with this, and thus mixed with the nature of the place etc. If one is to be apprehended, how can the other be definitely apprehended? Because there is no difference in the ability. The nature of the pot in the place etc. are the same in being able to generate their own consciousness with an object. When the parts etc. that cut off the nature of the place between them are abandoned, that is, when one's own aspect is established on the consciousness, then the nature of the pot will also establish its own aspect on it in the same way. If it is said that the abilities each abide in their own nature, how can they be mixed with this? Because they are mixed with one consciousness. On the same consciousness, these two are also mixed through their aspects, because they are not truly existent, so it is shown that the nature of the two object-aspects born from the aspect of consciousness is mixed. Does it necessarily follow that the aspects of the two objects also appear on this consciousness? Through what are these two mixed through consciousness?

If so, it is said, such as "those two." What is the nature of those that can be the same? When do those exist? At that time, it is impossible to definitely understand one aspect. Why? Because it is impossible. If these exist, then of the two natures that can be the same, only one appears, not the other. Thus, because there is no difference in what is possible, why not establish its own characteristic on it? It is also established by direct experience that it appears simultaneously. What is said by the unwise contradicts direct experience, but there is no harm, so it should not be said. If it is said that it is thought to be simultaneous because it arises quickly? No, because the cause of harm has been abandoned, it should not be examined as confusion, so at all times, it will be a fault of being without things. If it is said that this causal dharma does not accomplish many things when it performs one action, and that sense consciousness does not cause many cognitions? Just as a lamp and so on do not cause many to arise for many who can know. If it is said that the agents are different, then there is no fault? Because the agent is one, the action and function are one, so how is it a causal dharma? Such statements are accusations. Things are separated moment by moment, so they do not exist in ultimate reality. An agent and things or actions such as an agent are also unreasonable. There is no excellent agent of all, or a result of following or reversing. Why? Because others have completely observed "Who are these agents, and who are knowers?" etc., so there is no difference in what is possible. What is it? Because it is possible to definitely understand one's own nature, it is established that it gathers in one consciousness, and these same natures that are possible are the signs. Because the nature of what is possible is non-existent and the same, it is impossible for separate appearances to arise simultaneously from consciousness born from the senses, like form and taste. Here, the Sugatas have taught that this is not included in one place of origin. Also to many.
