That is to show its pervasion. If something, on its dharma, would not arise without its own to be established, that is the reason for understanding it, because on other dharmas, if there is also no reason that would not arise without its own to be established, then it is not the reason for the valid means of establishing. In some cases, merely seeing most of the similar side or co-existence is not a reason. For example, cutting a diamond with a sword, because it is earth, like wood, etc., because on other things, if there is no cutting with a sword, it will not arise, which will not exist in the same way on the diamond. If it is said that it is necessary to point out the pervasion only in other aspects than the made aspect, then what is this certainty? What is shown by existence itself on momentary things is what is shown by all things themselves on momentary things, because it is desired to pervade with momentariness, so none of them is a similar side. Even if momentariness is admitted only on burning flames, etc., that is not manifest, because the difference of momentariness is very subtle and difficult to perceive. If the pervasion is not pointed out only in other aspects, then what is the reason that it is not on the dharma to be established? If that is the case, then it is examining the definition of reason, not entering through the power of things. Therefore, from being related to one's own to be established, the pervasion of reason can also be established, that is also because if there is a valid means that is harmful to the dissimilar side, then it can also be established on the dharma to be established, so there is no dependence on following other things at all. For the same reason, in other aspects, seeing something on anything, recognizing its connection, then this and that is understanding it, the understanding of things is the same. Whatever is inference, and also exists similar to it, etc., the definition is that having the dharma to be established is called the similar side. Therefore, existence itself is having the dharma to be established, like that, with that and that dharma, the dharma to be established is also the similar side.

Nor is it reversed from things. Because merely wanting to establish, one cannot eliminate the characteristics of other aspects. Therefore, what is called "pervading that" refers to nothing other than the reason for the connection between what one wants to establish and the absence of which it does not arise. If one doubts, saying, how is it doubted that it is uncertain because it does not allow other things to intervene? Indeed, if all reasons are included in the subject that is the thesis, and if the connection with what one wants to establish can be definitely determined by means of valid cognition, then one should not doubt this. For example, the nature of existence as a reason is like the valid cognition that contradicts the nature of what is to be established as momentary. If the connection between the subject that is the thesis and some nature reasons is established by perception and non-apprehension, how can one grasp the characteristics of the dharma to be established that is hidden? Therefore, it should be said that it is established from other things. Because of considering this, one might doubt that there is a non-commonality because it does not allow other things to intervene. This is because it is uncertain whether it applies to what is to be established and other contradictory things. Because of these two, and because its dharma is beyond the scope, it is uncertain. And, because it includes things that apply to what is to be established and things that are excluded, one will doubt this reason. Some people think that remembering something that was previously thought to exist on the basis by means of the valid cognition that establishes the connection is dependent on allowing other things to intervene. To answer these, it is said, "it is not," because not allowing other things to intervene is not like that. Why? Because non-association is non-association. Because it is distinguished by differentiation, rather than the aspect that is related to others is not distinguished by differentiation. Even so, for the distinction of non-association, for the person who doubts that the dharma exists on the subject, one will obtain the reasoning of the distinction of non-association. For example, it is like saying, "Black people are good at throwing." For the person who doubts, "Are black people good at throwing or not?" upon hearing the statement, "Black people are good at throwing," it will cause the listener to doubt whether there are other aspects.
