Ground: Because in the manner of what is said thus, the cause of destruction is not reasonable in all aspects. Things have no dependence whatsoever on being destroyed. Therefore, destruction is definitely established. Here, the formulation is: Whatever exists, therefore, those without dependence are definitely those whose existence is established, like the final collection of causes for the production of fruit. Things also have no dependence on being destroyed, therefore, their existence is definitely established. If asked, what will be established by this? It is said, "Whatever exists is also destruction," etc. If its existence is established, then whatever thing exists is undoubtedly destructible, and if the nature of destruction is reversed, then all existence itself will also be reversed, and thus concomitance and contradiction are established. Here, in order for the opponent to seek faults in the non-establishment of concomitance and contradiction, it is said, "Even if the essence is destruction," etc. If it is said that even if some existences are allowed to be of the nature of destruction by their very nature because the cause of destruction is not permissible, then all existences must necessarily transform into the nature of destruction. Where does this reason lie? Therefore, in some cases, even if they exist, they will transform into the nature of non-destruction. Again, if you ask, what is the cause of doubt? It is said, "The nature of all is all," etc. All things are not the same in their own nature. For example, even though they are the same in existence itself, some are obstructive and some are non-obstructive. Visible and invisible, etc., should also be viewed in the same way. Thus, even though they are the same in existence itself, some will transform into the nature of destruction, and some will transform into the nature of non-destruction. Therefore, since the former does not pervade, concomitance and contradiction are not established, which is the doubt of the former party. The proponent, in order to show the measure with harm, says, "It is not so, is it not momentary?" etc. Whoever does not accept the nature of destruction should not be existence itself. Therefore, it is both existent and will also be permanent.

How does error in action arise? Why does it become a state of non-thingness? Therefore, it is said, "The characteristic of a thing is," and so on. For example, whatever is capable of performing a function is called a thing. Then, what is the characteristic of a non-thing? It is said, "Separation from all functions is," and so on. Whatever is incapable of functioning anywhere is called a non-thing. If someone thinks that a non-momentary thing can also perform a function, therefore, it is said, "There is no non-momentary thing that is," and so on. Whatever is a non-momentary thing is incapable of functioning anywhere. Why? It is said, "By means of sequence and simultaneity," and so on. Because there is no other time apart from sequence and simultaneity. A non-momentary thing is also unreasonable to function sequentially. For example, if it functions sequentially by relying on simultaneous action, then it has already been said that permanence does not rely on simultaneous action. Therefore, whatever little work it does will all be done simultaneously, and not sequentially. Simultaneity is also unreasonable. For example, if all actions are done simultaneously, then it will also act on the second moment and so on, because in the second moment and so on, the nature of its action does not change. Because it does not rely on simultaneous action, all the actions that need to be done in the second moment and so on will also be done only in the first moment. In that way, the permanent afflicted self, riding on an endless wheel, will also become pervasive, let alone the result. Thus, having completely abandoned error, in order to conclude, it is said, "Therefore, whatever exists is necessarily momentary, this has been established." Because in the manner of speaking in this way, there is no error in any way, therefore, whatever little exists is necessarily momentary, this has been established. The chapter on the reason of nature is complete. In terms of the reason of effect, in order to know other things, the effect is the reason, it is said, "The effect is the reason, in order to know other things," and so on. When one wants to understand other things, the effect
