Again, therefore, the words should be connected in this way. Because this arises from the distinctions made by co-operators, this is one that arises from the distinctions made by co-operators. Whatever has a subsequent result is one that has a subsequent result, and it is like that because it enters in a similar way. Moreover, what other establishment is there besides that? Therefore, it is stated, beginning with "What are the distinctions after that?" The distinctions after the first distinction are those that arise from the distinctions made by co-operators, and because these have arising from such, the words should be connected in this way. This is to understand that all things, such as earth, that arise in a continuous stream of moments, each held as a single thought, are mutually beneficial. Thus, seeds arise in a continuous stream of moments, and are completely held as a single category. It should be seen that later moments benefit karma, water, and so on. Similarly, it should be seen that earth, water, and so on also benefit others besides themselves in their respective later moments. Furthermore, why does the first distinction also arise elsewhere, and why do others besides that also arise elsewhere? Therefore, it is stated, beginning with "That and those are its nature." The first distinction is the nature to be produced by a co-operator that does not provide assistance, while other distinctions besides that are the natures to be produced by co-operators that mutually provide assistance. Nature is essence, and because that and those have that nature, the words should be connected in this way. Therefore, it should be seen that whatever was previously said to be unrelated is also prevented only by this. To this, someone might think, how is it that the first distinction is produced by co-operators who have not produced a distinction, and similarly, non-moments also only produce results without producing a distinction? Therefore, it is stated, beginning with "If like the cause of the first distinction." If, like the first distinction, things are momentary, and the distinctions of co-operators have not arisen

If it is said that it can also produce fruit? Production is certain, who is there to prevent production? Why is the nature of non-momentary things? Is it a dharma that arises without stopping? Or not, that's all. If it is a dharma that arises without stopping, then, at that time, since individual actions are possible, it is said that the one who believes in permanence can also produce fruit alone, as has already been said. Regarding the fault of the second examination, it is said, "If it is not its own nature," etc. If it is not the nature of arising without stopping, then at that time this is acting together, and it is not a co-actor either. To conclude, therefore, it is said, "For non-momentary causes," etc. Because there is a fault in both examinations, therefore, none of the causes that are not momentary do the same thing, so it is not necessarily a co-action. If it is thought that it will become a characteristic of producing differences, therefore, it is said, "It is not even by continuous help," etc. The very nature of being together, through continuous help, the characteristic of producing differences, is also unreasonable for permanent things, therefore, none of them act together. Why can it be produced alone, that fault remains. Also, why do permanent things necessarily produce differences from co-actors? The continuum of things is one that abides in aggregation. It says "mostly" etc. The material cause of things mostly produces differences due to the conditions of co-action, so the production of fruit is seen, such as the continuum of seeds etc. Similarly, if it is said that the cause is permanent, and if it is thought that the permanent thing depends on other conditions to produce fruit, then at that time another nature of producing it will inevitably arise, which is called the dharma of being able to benefit and depend on it. Aggregation is the gathering of parts. Because this has the state of abiding in aggregation, therefore, this is aggregation.
