The term "non-arising" is the view of the previous school. The proponent of the established conclusion says: In order to remember what was said earlier, he mentioned "everything has been said," etc. How various conditions gather to cause differences to arise moment by moment in the continuum of existence has already been explained above. "Each of those moments, by various other conditions," etc., is a repetition of the text. This means that from "each moment of the conditioned aggregates continuum that possesses different potencies due to different conditions" up to "some are only the cause of some," this passage has already answered. This passage states: Although those that act together in the first moment of the assembly do not differ from each other, nevertheless, their respective causes only produce those with differences. Therefore, what was said, such as "for those without differences, that also does not exist," is a sophistry. If that is the case, then it has also been appropriately explained how, in an object suitable for the arising of consciousness, those that abide, those that are uninterrupted, and the assembled conditions produce the desired result that manifests. To these, connect the words as "because there is an object suitable for the arising of consciousness." Their nature is precisely that of having a suitable object. Whatever distinctions of circumstances are capable of producing consciousness are called "that." Whatever conditions possess the distinctions of circumstances such as having a suitable object, those are the distinctions of circumstances such as having a suitable object. It has also been said that, for that, whatever possesses limbs such as form and sense faculties, uninterrupted objects, etc., is the cause capable of producing consciousness. This also refutes the statement that "just as differences arise from those unborn that have become different from each other, so too will the result change." In this way, the result arises from interdependent co-action, but the initial difference is not like that. From where do those conditions that produce the result arise?

Moreover, the difference in interdependent conditions such as their approaching each other is what enables the cause to produce it, this intermediate passage has been explained. Although each is able to produce a result, it has also been explained why they alone cannot produce a result. This is because the difference of the agent does not exist separately, this statement reminds one of one aspect. It has also been said above that they are neither previously existent nor subsequently existent, nor are they existent separately, so even if they have the ability, they will not be tainted by the faults arising from being existent previously, subsequently, and separately, this intermediate passage has also been explained. Therefore, it refutes what was said that the result arising from that difference will also arise from only one. Such a moment will not become arising or in the process of arising. These moment-makers also cannot act separately. To this, someone thinks that a small amount of the result is produced by the co-acting, mutually assisting own-nature, and a small amount is not, where does this arbitrary idea come from? Therefore, it is said that there are two kinds of results, etc. For the two kinds of results, the result is produced by co-actors, arising through difference, having such a nature, such as sprouts, etc. Some results arise only momentarily without relying on the difference made by co-actors, such as the root consciousness that arises without stopping, etc. Analyze the phrase "produced by co-actors", they are both produced by co-actors and are also different, so it is summarized. They are called lineage because this has the dharma arising from it, so this is the dharma-nature arising from the difference of the lineage produced by co-actors. The root consciousness that arises without stopping is the consciousness that arises without stopping, saying without stopping is to exclude the mutually assisting root consciousness that enters from light into darkness. The root here represents attention, etc.

This should be done. Furthermore, why are the fruits of two kinds? Therefore, it is said that the nature of the fruit and the cause are different. For the fruit alone, some arise only from the mere collection of causes and conditions, but also arise from those that are completely transformed from the collection. And some arise only from the collection of their own proximate causes, that is, the nature of what arises from the collection of causes that do not cease is like that. Some causes, when approaching complete transformation, cause the fruit to approach arising, but not merely the collection, those rely on the name called indirect cause. And some are those that produce fruit merely through mutual collection, those also have the nature of being named as real causes. In order to completely avoid the unrelatedness of these causes and fruits whose natures are different, therefore it is said from co-operators and so on. When from co-operators, relying on benefiting in a continuous manner, when the cause of the desired fruit arises, the first difference made by the co-operators does not arise from the differences made by the co-operators. Here, the example of dissimilar dharma is like a fruit with a sequel. Just as the dharma of the cause, a fruit with a sequel, relies on the continuous difference arising from the co-operators to produce the fruit, this is not like that. In another case, this is only an example of similar dharma, just as the collection of causes, for the moment of a fruit with a sequel, the nature of the co-operators that occurred without benefiting only produces the fruit, the first difference also arises from the co-operators of the nature of not benefiting each other. Relying on continuous benefit is relying on continuous benefit. The cause of the fruit is the cause of the fruit. That arising is the arising of the cause of the fruit.
