is meaningless. Like this, for this, it becomes either the nature of showing things or the nature of not depending, thus making two observations. Among them, considering the first observation, if things are destroyed by their own nature, then what cause of destruction is needed? Life reaching its end and dying, the effort of killing is not fruitful. Why is there no result? Because it is only its nature, etc. If this is the nature of destruction, then if it destroys itself, what fire is needed? To this, some think that the cause of destruction makes this the nature of destruction. To this, what is said to be the nature of something, etc. Whatever the nature of any thing is, it will only arise from its own causes. Initially, things arise, and later, in order to obtain such a nature, it is impossible to rely on other causes. Here, examples of brightness, moisture, and warmth are given, etc. Summarized as brightness, moisture, warmth, and hardness. Brightness is like lamps, etc. Moisture is like water, etc. Warmth is fire. Hardness is like earth, etc. Brightness, moisture, warmth, and hardness, etc., the words should be combined in this way. Because they are similar to those, they are similar to those. To show the example, brightness, etc., are mentioned. As previously stated, those that become the nature of brightness, moisture, warmth, and hardness, etc., are also to become the nature of those, and in order to become the nature of brightness, etc., what need is there to rely on other causes besides one's own cause? Why? If its nature does not have its nature, it will become without nature. It is said that if something is considered to be the nature of something, if it does not change when it becomes its nature, then at that time it will become without nature. In order to apply the example to things that are completely established. Similar to that, if it is non-existent.

It is said, "If it is a dharma, then," and so on. Just as appearing from one's own causes, etc., becomes the nature of appearing, etc., if it is a non-abiding dharma, then the self-established nature should also be a non-abiding dharma. Therefore, it does not depend on other causes outside of the path belonging to one's own cause. Here, having the non-abiding dharma, this is the non-abiding dharma, which is the synonym for naturally non-abiding, ultimately perishable. The argument is pervasion, contradiction, object of thought, which refers to depending on other causes, which pervades not being its nature. The contradiction to this is being the nature, just as the warm touch is contradictory to the touch of cold that pervades. To dispel the doubt of others speaking of error, it is said, "Like seeds, etc.," and so on. For the sake of complete liberation, it is said, "Thinking thus," and so on. Although seeds, etc., are the nature of producing sprouts, etc., however, it is not that they produce their own fruit solely by themselves, but they depend on other causes such as water. Similarly, although things are the nature of destruction, for the sake of destruction, they also depend on other causes such as attainment. This is the doubt of the former. The proponent does not think so, it is said, "Its nature is," and so on. The cause of the nature of seeds, etc., producing sprouts, etc., is only producing its own fruit, and it does not depend on others. Whatever is depended upon in the state of arising, etc., is only what is not considered the nature of producing, so how could it be an error? To this, if it is thought that the nature is the same, how can that be? Thinking this, therefore it is said, "Those two states," and so on. Because that which produces in that way is the nature of producing the fruit, and that which is not considered the nature of the producer, therefore, it must be determined that the states of the producer and non-producer of seeds, etc., are different things, and it should be understood that the nature is diverse.

It is a synonym for "should be refuted." Even if there is a difference between arising and not arising themselves, what is the meaning of the difference in entity? If asked why, the answer is that the entity of things themselves does not change, and so on. If the entities of these two stages are not different, then its entity will necessarily arise in the previous stage as in the final stage. Therefore, in order to show that they are different, it is finally concluded. Therefore, it is said, "What is the final difference of the stage," and so on. Because in this way it is explained that the entity of the stage itself is different, therefore, for it, the final difference of the stage is the entity of producing sprouts, and not others. However, why do those who seek fruit approach it in the previous stage? And how is it called "cause"? Therefore, it is said, "The differences that exist in the previous stage are," and so on. Which causes exist in the previous stage, those are the causes of causes. Just like this, what is the final stage, it is the cause of the approaching final stage, and the approaching final stage is the cause of other stages. Similarly, the stage extracted from there is the cause up to the stage of maturity. If there is no stage of storage, there is no stage of extraction from there. Similarly, if there is no approaching final stage, there is no final stage. In this way, for the causes that exist in the previous stage, the name "cause" is given, and it is accepted in order to seek fruit, but it is not because it is actually the cause, so it is uncertain. The cause of cause is cause. Their entity is themselves. Therefore, it is said, "Like that," and so on. Why do such different moments appear as the single entity of things? Therefore, it is said, "For the moments of things," and so on. Things
