Just by these, it is possible to express the meaning to be proven. Just as one does not consider all smokes to be different measures, so too should it be understood here. When one wishes to be tormented by the five heats, then it should be understood that all five smokes are indeed different measures. One and another are different. They are both different and smoke, so the words should be combined in this way, and summarized as "measured by different smokes." They are both near and fire, so the words should be combined, and "measured by different smokes, and also near to fire," the words should be combined in this way. The meaning to be proven by just these is like lighting a butter lamp, lighting a fire, and being extremely tormented, and so on. In this way, for the conceptualization of the dharma of a side, having excluded it as being a separate measure following the valid cognition, in order to compare it with others, it is said that the conceptualizations of dharma, the possessor of dharma, and signs, etc. In order to exclude the conceptualization that holds the nature of the dharma of a side as being a valid cognition, by means of the example that clarifies that, the conceptualization that holds the dharma to be proven, namely the nature of fire, etc., and holds the possessor of dharma, namely a side, etc., and holds the sign, namely smoke, etc., which arises from the power of valid cognition, is indeed a valid cognition, should be understood. The reason for saying "etc." is to clarify that the conceptualization that arises from the power of seeing blue, etc., is also a valid cognition. For the time being, let us speak of just a part. Direct perception arises when it is in accordance with the object present in front of one, merely in its own nature. That object, by its actually existing nature, is both the unique nature of blue and its own nature that is separate from all other objects. Because that object is blue by its existing nature, therefore here, the appearance of blue is not produced from direct perception, and therefore it is not clear. Because it is abandoned by what was seen previously, if the appearance of blue is not abandoned, then the thought "this is blue" is a conceptualization that touches the existing nature. Because that blue is not in accordance with all objects, therefore it is not yellow, etc. "Thought" for yellow

Therefore, that which eliminates others (colors) is the arising of the second negation. Therefore, when direct perception enters blue, first, due to the arising of its appearance, one can realize the blue of oneself, completely cutting off the cause of becoming a conceptualization of the blue appearance, and it can be determined to become the cause of eliminating yellow and so on. Among them, direct perception arises from the power of the object, because it relies on the object, so it is a valid cognition. The other two conceptualizations, although arising from the power of direct perception, are therefore not deceptive, but because they do not understand the meaning, Because there is no understanding, therefore there is no nature of valid cognition elsewhere. For others, it should also be understood in the same way. In this way, the determination of the dharma on any side of the three reasons is also the same way, thus it is said without difference. In order to show the difference between the methods of determining concomitance and contradiction, therefore it is said "the determination of concomitance also." The dharma to be proven is actually the nature of the proving dharma itself. Therefore, because it is the nature of the proving dharma, whatever is established as the dharma to be proven being related only to the nature of the proving dharma itself, that is the determination of concomitance of the nature reason. Actually, it means that ultimately, it is considered that from the meaning of the word, it is only different. In this "its nature" this word, the word "its" is connected with the proving dharma. Whoever has its nature, that is the one who has its nature. The nature of the one who has its nature is the one who has its nature itself. Or the word "its" is connected with the dharma to be proven, the proving dharma is the nature of the dharma to be proven, that is, the self. The nature of the proving dharma itself is only the nature of the dharma to be proven. The word "only" eliminates dependence on other things. Consistent association is related, is a synonym for the word concomitance. Combine the words "related only to the proving dharma", and say so when it is established. Here, the dharma to be proven and the proving dharma are actually one, but contradictory.
