It is the body of Napo. Its entity is that itself, called "because of that," this is the reasoning. This uncommon one should also be established as the cause of doubt. The dharma of the পক্ষ (pakṣa, the subject of inference) is indeed the cause of doubt due to two reasons. Because it encompasses all the entities of the two forms of doubt, and because it is not certain that the pervasive form exists apart from those two. Those forms that do not encompass all entities will not become doubt, if other forms exist, then the dharma of the পক্ষ (pakṣa, the subject of inference) cannot be shown to be related to one of the two dharmas, therefore it will not become the cause of doubt. If it shows that the two dharmas are uncertain to exist, then it will become the cause of doubt. If it also cannot show that the two are uncertain to exist, then it will become the cause of non-consideration. If it shows that it will certainly exist, then it will become contradictory or a proof. Therefore, it encompasses all the entities of the two, and if it is not certain that one of those two also exists, then that itself is the cause of doubt. Certain existence is also contradictory, if it is certain that it exists without confusion about one, then it will become contradictory or a proof. If it is certain that it exists without being unconfused, then it will become the common uncertain, and doubt about turning away from the dissimilar side, and doubt about following when turning away is not established. Because it is not certain that it exists in one either, it will become the uncommon uncertain. Therefore, in order to show the two forms of the cause of the uncommon uncertain itself, it is said, "having self and." Being together with self is having self. What is related to what is without self, because there is no other skandha existing apart from those. What is it like? It is where the dharma of things, life, etc., abides. Therefore, this is the cause of doubt about those two. Why are there no other skandhas? It is said, when self is spoken of, it is the existence of things, and distinguishing is the non-existence of things, because those two encompass all things, because they are all included in it. Where there is self, there is having self.

Therefore, it is existent, and the other is non-self; therefore, there are no other aggregates. Having shown that all things are included by the two causes that become the cause of doubt, in order to show the second point, it is said, "From these two." Among the two, with self and without self, whether with self or without self, there is no certainty of abiding and existing in either one. Since life and so on are the dharma of things, there is no place to abide other than the two aggregates. Therefore, if one only knows that "it abides in this alone," there is no certainty of abiding specifically; this is the meaning. To show this, it is said: To establish the distinction of having a self, for the certainty of things, the dharma of life and so on is not established, because it is uncertain. Thus, two uncommon uncertain causes are shown. Therefore, with "therefore" and so on, all things that have become the dharma of the subject will become common or uncommon uncertain. Therefore, in a concluding way, it only shows the dharma of the subject, meaning the dharma of the subject related to the living body. Like this, because it is not certain to abide in one of the two, therefore, there is no separation from the two. Like this, if the two dharmas of things that pervade all things are certainly present in one of them, then it will completely return from the other. Precisely because of this, it is said, "Because it is not established to return from all things with self and without self," temporarily, life and so on only return from some things like pots. Therefore, if it can be determined to return from some with self or without self, it cannot be determined to return from all. Therefore, there is no return from anything. If so, then following the two is certain, to this, it is said, "To this," life and so on do not follow the meaning of with self or without self. Why? It is said, "In one self," because in with self or without self, it is an unestablished cause.
