If it is the nature to be established, it is not in other places. What is established later is ultimately not the nature of what was born earlier, but why is it said that it is not to be established? Because what was born earlier is confused about what was established later, and whatever is completely abandoned, that is also because it exists, and what is established is not what was established earlier to be established. Therefore, only the Dharma that establishes and what is related to it is the nature, and that is also to be established. In this way, only the Dharma that establishes and what is related to it, residing only in what is established, should the reason of nature be applied. In the combination of the reason of the fruit, sometimes it is necessary to observe what is called the same Dharma nature. Wherever there is smoke, after saying smoke, there is fire there, this is to establish that there is fire. In this way, the definite meaning should be understood as before. This shows the pervasion of the reason of having cause and effect. In order to show that establishing pervasion is the realm of valid cognition, it is said by way of example, such as warehouses and so on. In warehouses and so on, if the cause of both appearance and non-appearance does not have the nature of the object of the fruit, it is certain that it will not arise. Here it is said that there is smoke, which is the collection of similar qualities on the Dharma to be established. Here, the word "also" is not only on the reason of self-nature, but also on the reason of the fruit. Only establishment means only the definite connection between cause and effect, and certainty must be done without any doubt. This is not to understand the reason only through seemingly reasonable means, but because it is not non-existent, it has already been said. This is to show the combination of the nature, fruit, and non-appearance of the same Dharma nature. In order to show the combination of different Dharma nature, the so-called different Dharma nature is said. The so-called "whatever exists" refers to whatever has become the object of perception, and whatever existence seems reasonable should be called the subsequent statement. That will only become an object, which is to establish the object itself. Therefore, this, through the existence of appearance, with the visible object itself

The pervasion has been shown. In order to ascertain the negation of non-existence, it has been shown that the establisher is pervaded by the negation. Therefore, if the dharma to be established, which is the pervader, does not exist, then the reason will not exist either, because the absence of the reason pervades the absence of the thing to be established. The reason also exists. Therefore, if the establisher, which is the pervader, does not exist, then the thing to be established, which is the object of pervasion, will not not exist. Therefore, if the thing to be established is certain, then it is reasonable that it must be clearly shown that the establisher does not exist in all dissimilar instances. In order to show the dissimilar instance of the reason of nature, it is said, "If there is no impermanence." Here, the thing to be established, namely the absence of impermanence, is a definite statement that there is no reason. Therefore, all three reasons of nature have definitely shown that the absence of the reason pervades the absence of the thing to be established. "Sound is existent, or has origination, or is made"—these are the aspects of the similar side of all three. Here, too, it is stated that the pervader, the establisher, does not exist. Therefore, by the negation of the pervader, the establisher, the thing to be established is understood. The dissimilar instance of the reason of effect is, "If there is no fire." Here, too, it has been shown that the absence of fire pervades the absence of smoke. Here, to say, "Here there is smoke," is to show that the pervader, smoke, does not not exist. Therefore, because the object of pervasion is the absence of fire, the thing to be established is understood. If the reverse is not shown in the similar instance, and the concomitance is not shown in the dissimilar instance, then how is the sign with three aspects stated? It is said, "By implication, even by the similar instance." For the statement that is similar to the similar instance, by implication, that is, by implication, the reverse of the dissimilar instance will be understood. The meaning of 'ni' is 'because', so that is the explanation of the sign with three aspects. Even if the reverse is not explicitly stated in the concomitance, it will be understood by the implication of the words of the concomitance.

How is it? If the reversal understood by reason does not exist, then for the establisher, reason's following is not believed by reason. For the established, if the reason is certain, then from the words of following, if the established does not exist, one should not doubt that the establisher exists. If it is not so, one will not realize that the established is certain. If one realizes that the established does not exist, the establisher also does not exist, this is also realizing the reversal. Therefore, from the words of following, by the force of speech, one realizes that the established exists the establisher, this is realizing the reversal. "Similarly" means that for the words of following, just like that, in reality, even if the combination of dissimilar dharmas following is not spoken, it can be understood. How to understand? If the following grasped by reason does not exist, then if the established does not exist, the reason itself will not be established, because it will not be understood. If the reason does not exist, then the established must not exist, this is understood from the words of reversal, therefore one should not doubt that the reason exists but the established does not exist. If it is not so, it will not be certain from the reason not existing. Even if the reason exists, one also realizes that the established exists, this is also realizing the following. Therefore, in the words of reversal, from the establisher not existing, one determines that the established does not exist, by the force of speech one realizes the following. If the established does not exist in space etc., even if the establisher does not exist. Even so, but why does the established exist when the reason exists? The answer is, because it is said "if there is no nature relationship". Because if there is no relationship related by nature, then due to the disappearance of one established, the other establisher has certainty, and will not disappear as having certainty. The nature relationship in all relationships is also of two kinds, for that which has its own nature as a cause, it is called that. For that which has a characteristic from that, it is called that. Any meaning of the object related anywhere is nature or cause.
