To prove that it is impermanent, impermanence itself exists in all homogeneous sides, and exists in one part of the heterogeneous side. To prove that sound is permanent because it is not touchable, not being touchable itself exists in one part of both the homogeneous side and the heterogeneous side. This shows the four kinds of common uncertainty. Similarly, even if there is doubt about that very reason, it is only uncertain, that is, it does not exist on the heterogeneous side. When doubt arises, that time is also uncertain. To illustrate with an example, for example, to prove that someone who wants to speak is not omniscient, or has attachment, etc., like the dharma of speaking, etc., it is said. If someone says that someone who wants to speak is not omniscient because he speaks, and similarly, if he says that he has attachment, etc. only because he speaks, then his dharma of speaking, etc. is only uncertain. If you ask, what is the name of that uncertainty? The answer is, retreating from the heterogeneous side is doubt. Here, because there is doubt about retreating from the heterogeneous side, this is doubting the heterogeneous side, which is synonymous with doubting the retreat. For the omniscient, speaking is not seen, because it is not seen, is the retreat not established? If so, why is this called uncertain? Therefore, it is said that the speech of the omniscient is not observed, and such a situation of not observing, just because the object does not appear, is the cause of doubt. Even if it has been determined that the omniscient speaking has not been seen, this non-observation, because it is the nature of the object not appearing, is also the cause of doubt, but it cannot tolerate the establishment of retreat. Therefore, the retreat of speaking, etc. returning from not being omniscient, becomes doubt, because the non-observation of the object not appearing is only the cause of doubt. The omniscient itself, returning from not being omniscient, is the reason for the characteristic of speaking.

Of It becomes a wrong doubt. Non-perception is because the object is like the nature of non-appearance, even if the opposite cannot be established. If it is thought that the contradiction of self-nature can be established, then, therefore, it is said that there is no contradiction between the nature of speech and the nature of omniscience. There is no contradiction between the nature of speech and the nature of omniscience. Therefore, even if it is not seen, whatever is the nature of omniscience is not speech. Such an opposite cannot be established because it will cause doubt. Even if it is seen that the omniscient one is speaking, but because there is no contradiction between the nature of speech and the nature of omniscience, the nature of speech cannot be established as the opposite of the nature of omniscience, because it will cause doubt. If you ask how these two are not contradictory? Therefore, it is said that there are two kinds of contradictions of things, and all the contradictions that exist are included in these two kinds. One is caused by things, and the other is the contradiction caused by self-nature. In order to show the contradiction caused by things, it is said that it occurs without lacking causes, and if there is another existence, there is no existence, so it is a contradiction, such as the touch of cold and heat. When the words of the cause of things are not missing, and the cause begins to gather, if another thing approaches, it will become the opposite, and then it will be recognized as a contradiction, such as the touch of cold and heat. When the cause of cold is not lacking, when heat approaches, cold will become the opposite. Like this, these two are considered contradictory in the world. One abandons the other, only the nature of abiding, such as existence and non-existence. Whatever is the nature of abiding by abandoning one another, those are the nature of abiding by abandoning one another. Its thing is only the nature of abiding by abandoning one another, therefore it is a contradiction. For example, in existence and non-existence, existence is established by abandoning non-existence, and non-existence is established by abandoning existence. These two kinds of contradictions It is impossible in the nature of speech and the nature of omniscience, that is, the kinds of contradictions.

It is impossible for either of those two to possess both omniscience and speech. If the causes and conditions for speech are complete and without deficiency, then when omniscience is near, no contradiction is seen. It is not possible to establish omniscience by abandoning speech, nor is it possible to establish speech by abandoning omniscience. Even if it has been determined that there is no contradiction, if someone says that although there is no contradiction, speech will still be prevented by omniscience, therefore, it is said, "Because there is no contradiction, even if it is not perceived, it is not that there is no realization." Where it is not said to be contradictory, one cannot be sure that there is no unperceived second object. In order to establish that it is not omniscience, one can temporarily doubt the contradiction of speech. In order to explain that one also doubts the contradiction of showing that one has desire, etc., it is said, "Because desire, etc., and words, etc., are not causal objects." To say that desire, etc., are the cause of words is not established. If desire, etc., and words are not causal objects, then what will happen? It is said, "Because other non-causal dharmas are contradictory, it is impossible for words, etc., to be contradictory." Other dharmas are desire, etc. Because it is not a cause, why would words, etc., be contradictory by retreating from it? In this way, doubting the contradiction of words, etc., is an uncertain cause. The reason for saying this is that there is no contradiction between speech and omniscience, and desire, etc., and words are not causal objects. Therefore, because it is not a contradiction of omniscience, and because desire, etc., are contradictory, there is doubt about the contradiction of words, so there is no situation of doubting the contradiction. The reversal of the two methods Understanding is contradictory, which means that when the two methods are established in reverse, it is a contradictory pseudo-reason. If you ask which two, it means which two methods are understood in reverse are the reasons for showing contradiction.
