Or, the very nature of oneself, those that exist where, are the nature of those. Because that is self-existent, it has that nature. Similarly, it also has a nature that is not like that. When transcending and examining the nature of things that is like that and not like that, that is, when questioning and asking. The nature of the cause is the very essence, relying on the nature of being able to definitely produce the effect, it is close to being the cause of definitely producing the effect. Again, how does it rely? In order to show the way in which the essence of the meaning of language relies, it is said that what is produced from the cause of what that nature is, is that, or those that are the very nature itself are that nature. Similarly, what is produced from the cause of the non-such nature is called the non-such nature, and this should also be combined, like this, the word "like" should also be combined here, and if it is determined, the meaning is this, like this, in general, it is definitely said from the cause that the fruit is its own nature. In this way, after speaking in a general form relying on the nature of the cause, in order to show it specifically, it is said "for example." This shows the realm of the meaning of the general statement, that is, it is shown closely, in the case of how to look at the meaning of the general statement, because "for example" is taken closely, so for this meaning, it should be said that this is like that. From what are the seeds of Salu and so on. What is produced from those is what is produced, that is, the nature produced by the seeds of Salu and so on. Those that have changed from those other than the seeds of Salu and so on are other, producing different natures. For example, the sound of "like" should be seen everywhere as it is shown here, this is the meaning of showing closely. The sound of "like" is the meaning of that. The general statement is to show others the difference seen in that way. Like that, therefore those depend on the nature of the cause. Again, how does it rely on the nature of the cause, so as to establish the fruit? It said "suddenly" and so on. If the difference of the fruit is not made by the nature of the cause

The words heard by the ear suddenly appearing are sudden. The suffix of the word 'sudden' means appearing without reason, which is without cause. Its object is itself, and there an error will occur. If an object arises from itself and others, it will become without a definite cause, but not without a cause, isn't it? Therefore, if one does not acknowledge the classification of results arising from the classification of causes, why say that it will become without cause? It is said: A definite cause itself is without cause. Like this, if something arises without something, then it is not the cause of that thing, just as smoke is not the cause of water. Similarly, because smoke and other things appear even without it, it is without cause. Furthermore, the nature of things that are the opposite of different and not different, because there is nothing at all, those things themselves are without cause, therefore they will become various kinds of without cause, therefore it will become without cause, and if that happens, the certainty of time and place and nature and those will become without, therefore one should rely on the nature of cause, connected, because if things themselves are without cause, then they will not depend on time and place, because the nature of cause is what should be depended on. If one abandons the manifestly desired time and place and also exists in other places, then because there is no certainty there, it will not depend on it. Now, abandoning other times and places, it is certain in the manifestly desired time and place, so it is dependent on it, and being dependent on it is also its cause. Some people say that if things have no cause, then why doesn't water become the nature of fire, or fire become the nature of water? Showing that the nature is not certain is unreasonable, because if that happens, the fire of the nature of water will become water itself. Therefore, the meaning of refuting and examining is, why doesn't water itself arise in the aspect of fire? This will become like this here, and this meaning is also understood through the uncertainty of the place. If one, why does it become various?

If the meaning of "unchanging" is like this, then this question is unreasonable for those who assert that many things are without cause. Because, if they say, "The many themselves are without cause, but the one is not," then what is the meaning of this question of refuting and examining them? Therefore, the meaning here is: in name, a dharma with differences in color and shape is associated with qualities that exist in other aggregates. For example, magnets and haritaki, etc., are able to attract iron and act as purgatives, so why wouldn't pots, etc., also change? Also, just as eye consciousness can recognize form, so too, ear consciousness, which holds sound, should also be able to hold form. Likewise, sound should also be held by eye consciousness, which exists in its own nature. If this is the case, then it is also unreasonable for each of the consciousnesses to definitely hold its respective object. Similarly, the certainty of being related to other substances that act together is also unreasonable. For example, the color and shape that appear in sandalwood should exist together with the warm touch, and fire should be associated with cold, milk porridge with tastelessness, and water with sweetness. Thus, the certainty of the three natures is unreasonable. Therefore, others may also suspect that this distinction of fruit is caused only by the nature of the cause. Because you want to explain the first half of the verse first, without explaining the second half, in order to combine happiness, etc., with consciousness, because their cause is not different, therefore you said "for it" etc. Regarding this, the different cause is the immediate cause. Therefore, it should be shown that the cause of the continuum of mind and non-mind, that is, the immediate cause itself, is not different. However, first arguing that the immediate cause of happiness, etc., and consciousness is the same, and then explaining it, because it is proven that the cause is the same without difference, therefore, by the force itself, it is shown that there is no difference between the immediate cause and the non-immediate cause. Thinking this, it is shown that the aggregate itself is not different. Happiness, etc., do not arise without relying on an object, those are, they do not arise without an object.
