If asked: The so-called "all abilities" are nominally established, then, whatever does not possess the nature of being separate from this (all abilities), as the cause of the result, being separate from nominal establishment, is unspeakable, that is, non-existent. Therefore, whatever can function is a thing. If it is thought that: The so-called "end" refers to the last moment of consciousness at the time when an Arhat completely passes into Nirvana, this moment is called "end", then, this moment will become unspeakable, that is, non-existent. The answer is: It is not like that. Because it is counted among "sentient beings". All other moments of consciousness nature that are counted and established are counted among sentient beings. And its proximate cause is the nature of "end". Therefore, because it is the cause of co-operation, it is itself a thing. And because it is not produced from the proximate cause, it is itself the "end". This is its meaning. Now, what is to be explained is, in which of the three realms is the moment of "end" the cause of co-operation for what result? This is what is meant by "that also". The meaning of "ཐ་ནི་" (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Chinese literal meaning) is small, this realm of ability is small, just like the wisdom of the Tathagata Because it can pervade the knowable, it is pervasive, and the Tathagata's wisdom that can pervade the knowable is like this. In the formless realm, which is separate from form, the moment of "end" is also the ability to generate the wisdom of the Tathagata. In the desire realm and the form realm, it can benefit many beings, and it benefits the physical actions in one's own continuum, as well as understanding the minds of others in the continuum of others, with the thing itself as the cause. If someone thinks like this: In the formless realm, the Bhagavan does not exert effort, that is, he does not intend to observe the continuums of the beings to be tamed, then the last moment of consciousness will not have the ability. The answer is: It is not like that. Explaining the reason: Because it is impossible not to exert effort. Why is it impossible? Because for those who enter and practice benefiting others, it is unreasonable not to possess the accomplishment (of benefiting others). Accomplishment, that is, completely

The prover, being without deficiency and without loss, is unreasonable. Why is it unreasonable? Because the limbs of the prover, being without deficiency, are incomplete. If there is no arrangement, then the limbs of what is to be proven will be incomplete. Why will it be incomplete? Because the actions and non-actions of sentient beings, the objects to be abandoned and the objects to be taken, will not be understood. If there is no arrangement, then the objects to be abandoned and the objects to be taken will not be understood, and understanding is the prover being without deficiency. How can one not understand? Even if one dharma is not fully understood, it is so. If there is no arrangement, then one will not understand many, and even if one is not fully understood, then actions and non-actions will not be understood. How can one not understand if one is not fully understood? Because doubt will arise in all objects to be taken and objects to be abandoned. How can one doubt everything if one does not understand one thing? Because for all actions or non-actions, what should be done, such questions directly or indirectly require everything. The one thing that is not understood will inevitably harm sentient beings or some of the interests of sentient beings, directly or indirectly, and therefore it is not to be abandoned, or it will benefit some other interests of sentient beings, and therefore it is to be taken. Therefore, if it is not fully understood, then omniscience is the incomplete limb of the prover being without deficiency, therefore, knowing everything is with arrangement. Therefore, the wisdom of omniscience is always focused on the formless realm. Even if there is always no arrangement, it is said that there is no fault in ultimately falling into a state of non-existence, which means that it is not ultimately a state of inability. It is not certain that it is determined to be a state of inability, because some of the ultimates that appear during arrangement produce results. Even if it does not produce, it means that even if the result does not produce, it is because it lacks the conditions to produce together and cannot. No one accepts that it produces alone, therefore it does not produce because it lacks conditions, but if it does not lack conditions, then it will produce because it has the ability. If
