If it is said that the term "Pudgala" cannot be established without a sound expressing the meaning beyond the senses, that is not the case. Therefore, if one understands from words without qualities, then one will also understand from the words of people on the street. If one understands after examining the qualities, then one will not understand, that is certain. It is not because one does not wish it, but because such a person who possesses qualities such as seeing things as they are expresses the meaning of non-reversal. Like this, not knowing or anger, etc., are the cause of expressing things in a reversed way, and how can someone who does not have these speak in a reversed way? If one asks, how can one know such a particularly excellent Pudgala? The answer is, like this. Because one has ascertained that the faults of others are anger, etc., and the qualities are seeing things as they are, etc., but there is no cause for certainty—a sign. If one thinks, even if there is no sign, one can recognize them through direct perception, then it is said, "Those are," etc. Because those are the dharmas of the mind, the nature, therefore they are beyond the senses, and therefore they are inference. From the characteristics of the terms made by the body and speech that arise from oneself, which are mutually understood, inference can be made. If one thinks, if that is the case, then are the terms of the body and speech that arise from that a sign? The answer is, the term is also, etc. "Mostly" means "many." Like this, with the characteristics of non-celibacy, etc., some terms of the body are only the cause of inference. Therefore, it is said "mostly." Therefore, if the special terms that are related to the body and commonly used are taken as signs, then it can clearly reveal the reversed meaning of the terms of gestures, etc., that exist in other things. "Having put intelligence first" is the difference in action. It means that because intelligence becomes the cause, one can also do other things. If one asks, if intelligence exists in other things, how can it change them? The answer is, whatever is involved in the will of the Pudgala.

If it is thought that the desires of beings act according to the way things are. Then, it is also said "those" etc., wherever there are various kinds of mental flows. This is what is said: the thoughts of those people are not according to the way things are. Because of the need, even if they hear something else, they will say something else. Because of this, the expressions of body and speech can be used as a sign, but there are no other signs. Therefore, in order to fabricate signs, how can one determine the shortcomings and merits of others that have not been determined? Because there is no reason to enter, how can one enter into cognition? Like this, the teachings that arise from trust are not reliable measures for those who have discriminating minds, after saying this. In order to show one's own speculative tenets, it is said "if the author" etc. Whatever words rely on a person, that is, whatever words are produced by a person's actions, or whatever is arranged in its own nature, that is dependent on a person, that is not a teaching, because the author is difficult to know. What is not made by a person, what is not accomplished by a person, is not inverted, and has a true meaning. Like this, a person is possessing ignorance and desire etc., and will also speak inverted words because of not understanding and attachment etc. Whatever words are not arranged by a person, because they do not have the cause of inversion, they will become not inverted, after doubting this, it is said "no". The words that are not made by a person are unreasonable. There are three kinds of things that are not made by a person: either because the nature is constant, or because the nature of the arrangement of words is not made by a person, or because from the meaning, it is not entered by a person. Then, all three of these things that are not made by a person are impossible. Like this, this word cannot be constant, nor can it not be verbally combined by a person. Or, those meanings and associations are not made by a person, so in order to negate what is not made by a person from the perspective of meaning, it is said that the display of expressing the meaning of sound is dependent on the display near the person.
