Because it generates a collection devoid of power, therefore, in the third instant, darkness will be reversed. If it is argued that two instants of light and darkness exist simultaneously, then, because all atoms prevent others from arising in their own place, they do not exist simultaneously. However, if it is desired to exist near, then that is what we also desire. Like the light of a lamp entering the side of a dark room and located at the door, because it is very close to the darkness located on one side, it is desirable. If the atoms of light and darkness are mixed together, then two instants will exist, no. Because the light of the lamp with order gradually dispels the darkness. The time of movement of atoms is said to be the measure of an instant, therefore the light of the lamp gradually approaching does not suddenly pervade the dark room. Therefore, the part of light that dispels the part of darkness, that part of light, because of its proximity, is an obstacle to the collection that generates darkness. Therefore, in the place of darkness where one cannot enter, it cannot generate a collection without power. Why is it that in the third instant darkness is not generated, and light is generated in that place? Like this, gradually, the parts of light located far away harm that collection, therefore in the third instant, the darkness disappears, and that place will be harmed. Similarly, in other places, it should also be seen as the reason for creating a contradiction without a cause. Therefore, contradiction is not the object of an instant, but rather the object of permanence, because the cause precedes the effect. In order to show that, it is said "arising", meaning to recognize that the entry of permanence is contradictory. Permanence also, from permanent things, the different oneness is negated, but the permanence that becomes the nature of many instants cannot be negated. Multiple, no matter how many, are not non-existent, therefore, what is the contradiction of the object of permanence, that is the object of the thing of the object, not the object of no thing, because things with causes are things.

If a moment becomes the object of cause and effect, those themselves are not contradictory. However, the appearance of the inability of a subsequent moment, which is preceded by cause and effect, to connect with another moment is what causes the contradiction. It is precisely because of this that darkness ceases. Therefore, contradiction is only in the realm of objects. Cause and effect are also not necessarily capable in a single moment, but even if it is only the cause, is it therefore also the realm of non-objects? Similarly, the appearance of the lack of ability in the subsequent moment is what causes the contradiction. This can be understood in the continuum, but does it become the realm of non-objects just because it is not in a single moment? Therefore, determining contradiction in this way through obstructing the cause is also not the realm of non-objects. The reason for contradiction, which has no other meaning, is also due to non-observation, and non-observation is a term. The second contradiction, which is mutual exclusion, is opposition. The nature of existing through opposition, those entities, are contradictory only through the nature of existing through mutual exclusion. This exists in the nature of the contradiction of nature. Because there is contradiction in the same self, it is the realm of its nature, like permanence and impermanence. Among them, impermanence itself is the entity that exists by completely excluding permanence. Permanence is also completely excluding impermanence. Here, too, it is necessary to rely on the statement "This is also due to non-observation," and the cause of contradiction, which is mutual exclusion, must also be determined through non-observation. If mutual exclusion is the cause of contradiction, how is it determined through non-observation? The answer is: Here, when something is completely cut off, what will be separately cut off, and that nature of being completely cut off exists by completely excluding separate cutting off. When a certain nature is completely cut off, the disappearance of that nature is also separate cutting off, therefore, that nature exists by completely excluding the disappearance of that nature. How does that entity disappear?
