The so-called "earth" is not confused about the absence of cause, and there is no result for the absence of result. Therefore, the absence of cause itself is not something to be proven, because it is determined by the power of direct perception. However, conventional terms are to be proven, and for those conventional terms, it has already been established that they have the reason of invisibility. There is no such person in the world who uses a name that is not absent for the name of absence, and the name of absence is also entirely based on the reason of invisibility. However, since the objects of the names of absence are different, when one is confused about the reason, by taking invisibility as the reason in a way that is consistent with the object and dharma involved in the previously absent name, one can understand oneself or make others understand. Therefore, what needs to be proven through invisibility is the conventional term itself that is fully established through the means of having a cause, just like other reasons. For example, after seeing the difference between a large cow and a small cow, or a long tree and a short tree, when one is confused about the reason for the name of the cow and the tree itself that is seen at the time of convention, one can understand oneself in a way that is consistent with what is seen, or make others understand, and this is also the case here. If invisibility itself is not established, then the name of absence cannot be proven, so for the time being, it is necessary to explain the valid cognition that proves it. The answer is: This will be explained below, therefore this invisibility is established by direct perception itself. The same is true for the invisibility of the characteristics just mentioned. Entering is the action of sound, and in which four situations does its difference exist? What will be explained is through the difference of combination. Alternatively, entering is the action of invisibility itself, therefore it is its difference, and the difference of combination is also explained there. That invisibility, sometimes it is combined to prove the absence of things by proving other things. Sometimes it is through the way of negating other things. What needs to be combined and fully entered, its different action is the difference of entering. Where one negates other things by proving contradiction, there the contradiction

That is, it is to prevent the accomplishment of the meaning. If it is not non-objective, then how can it be said that there are four types of non-objectivity due to the difference in application? It is said, 'Whatever refutations there are.' This is a statement of pervasiveness. Therefore, there is no term that can be used to do without non-objectivity. All refutations, however many there are, are from non-objectivity, as has already been explained in the first chapter. To show that difference, it is said, 'It is like this.' That refutation is done in two ways, and terms are applied, namely, accomplishing other meanings and refuting. Among them, when one refutes by accomplishing something, if the other meaning accomplished is not contradictory, then at that time, since it abides in one place, there is no fault of contradiction. That is, since the meaning of what is said is also there, and what is to be refuted is also there, there is no certainty that there is nothing to be refuted because there is no contradiction. If the cause is not exhausted, it will become the result. Similarly, in another place, if there is no cause, it will become a prevention. That is so, but that contradiction is also not necessarily contradictory because there is no non-objectivity. However, non-objectivity is the antecedent. To show that, it is said, 'It is like this.' That is, in what there is a cause that is not connected and not exhausted. This shows this statement, that if the cause is not exhausted, the result will not be reversed, but if the cause is exhausted, the result will be reversed by that very fact. Therefore, whatever is contradictory to another and is determined to be a prevention, such is called prevention, and there is no small part. However, when a cause without obstruction becomes near, and other obstructions of those are not seen, then in that place, if something becomes near, then the other thing whose cause becomes ultimate is the prevention of that thing by the door of exhausting the cause. If there is no prevention of the cause, then no small part will become the prevention of a small part. Therefore, whatever is prevented by what, if it is so fast, then in the third moment, it prevents it. In the first moment, for the time being, there is no incompleteness in the collection of causes. In the second moment, it is the one that acts together with the previous collection, and in that appearance, it generates other darkness.
