Whatever is realized, that itself is the object of realization. As it is said in the Pramāṇavārttika, "How can the uncertain be the object of the certain?" This is what is said. The meaning of realization is also connected with the sign of what is seen, therefore that itself is the object. Whatever is not realized also becomes the object of valid cognition, but apart from the teacher who enters through the door of realization, there is no other function of valid cognition. This meaning is determined by these having completely decided the meaning. The meaning of realization, which is related to the object of sight, is also its own characteristic, but the nature of what is completely imputed is not transformed into nature or cause by other characteristics of its own. Therefore, even if the intrinsic nature of the object related to it is a sign, nevertheless, the characteristic of the object related to it is distinguished by mentioning it, whether by its own taste or by imputation, but the appearance of consciousness, in the relation of the sign of such an object, is in no way reasonable, therefore, this object of valid cognition is what is realized, whatever object is related to oneself, that is it, it is said in order to know this for sure. Therefore, depending on the self-characteristic of appearance, since the absence is realized when there is absence, it is said that the object of inference is the self-characteristic of realization. If the object of direct perception and inference is the same self-characteristic, then how did the teacher say that the object of direct perception and inference are different? It is said: Because the appearances are different, on one object to be grasped, in terms of being able to perform a function, those with deception and without deception, appearing clearly and appearing unclearly, these two contradictory aspects are unreasonable, or because of absence. The different appearances due to clarity and unclarity are not absent on one object, because different aspects are seen on one object due to the difference of distance. However, the clear aspect of non-deception in being able to perform a function, and the unclear aspect of deception in being able to perform a function, those are what make the difference, therefore, as seen, it is unreasonable on one.

It is so. The explanation of that is: those different forms from each other should not be one, that is it. Therefore, the object itself is the realm, because they are different, so the teacher Dignāga said that the realm of valid cognition is different, but the realm of the action of valid cognition, which is said to be extremely clear, is not different from the realm of action. The realms of consciousness are two: the apprehended and the adhered to. The conceptual thought grasps the nature of superimposition, and definitely understands its own characteristics similar to it. Sense consciousness grasps the moment, and the certainty born from its power is the certainty that the part of that moment is often seen. In this, the apprehended is not the realm of entering into different realms, because both also adhere to it, so it only enters into its own characteristics. Therefore, the apprehended realm of direct perception is not attainable, because that moment cannot be attained. However, the realm born from the power of direct perception, whatever the apprehended moment of certainty is, then its continuum is made into the realm, and it is also the meaning of certainty, so there is no difference in the realm of entering into what should be adhered to by direct perception and inference. Thus, it is clear that inference should also be a realm of apprehension like direct perception. Because the realm of the measure of direct perception is not the apprehended moment, but the adhered to. If it is said that difference is not the realm of real things? The meaning of the apprehended of inference is superimposition, so how can there be difference in it? It is said that it is also called difference. The word "difference" is to deny that the meaning of the apprehended of the two should not be one, which is to deny the nature of the realm of inference that is not different, but it is not to say that the ultimate realm is different. Therefore, the word "difference" here is focused on preventing non-difference, but it is not to accomplish many. And why not say it is many realms? Said: Inference is conceptual thought, it is without realm
