For those things that have been damaged, such as clay, which is the stickiness of clay, like these things, on the self-nature of knowing what they are, another form will appear. Just like this, it is said that due to the influence of illusion, things that exist in another form are also seen as another thing. In order to eliminate the doubt that the essence of things like clay lumps has changed due to the influence of mantras and medicines, it is explained like this: eyes that have not been defiled, that is, eyes that have not been defiled, those who stand next to the magician and watch will not see the original appearance of things. Or, even if this doubt arises there, but in the wilderness, things appear small and large, there is no doubt about this statement. The wilderness refers to a place without trees and water. Even a small lump of soil will look as big as a mountain from a distance. Although in reality, the measurable things that are taken as objects, the measure that is held, and the awareness that is the result, these differentiated things do not exist, but the existence of measurable things, measurers, and results is like not transcending the illusory appearance that follows ignorance. Otherwise, if in one awareness, the appearances of what is taken, etc., which appear naturally, are established as real, then its oneness will be lost. Therefore, oneness will be lost. The so-called "how" means that the appearances themselves are not real. If so, then are these three appearances the same, and therefore will they become non-different from one? The answer is: because it will overturn the others, that is, the multiplicity of many things. This means that the name of multiplicity will become meaningless. These three cannot be considered as non-different and the same, because there is no direct evidence, that is, because all things are not seen through one thing. If one sees the non-difference of things through wisdom and is free from contradictory dharmas, then it will be determined as non-difference, but here there is no seeing of non-difference. Therefore, the appearing things, whether single or multiple, all

The nature of that analysis is not merely existent here, this statement comes from that. Explaining that itself is for what reason, and so on. This is said because there is no external object, so the appearance of one and many consciousnesses alone, if it is reasonable that this appears as one alone, then because it appears as many, this is not the nature of one. Therefore, this appearance is neither one nor many, because the aspects of what is grasped and the grasper are not real things. If it is said that delusion arises because of the similar common view, this is possible in the world, because it is seen that way. What kind of delusion is it? It is said: That is the nature of clinging to what is not self as self. Clinging, this statement is the third of the characteristics that have become like that. Here, for those who speak of consciousness, that common view does not exist. The reason given is: For this goer, not even one similar nature is seen. This is said: If from this side, seeing, with the distinction of what is grasped and the grasper and wisdom, some are truly experienced, and later a consciousness similar to that is also experienced, then at that time it is appropriate to generate delusion by connecting the two, but for those who speak of consciousness, for what What nature should be established, neither of the similar meanings is seen. Another also said the words following the other party: Even if that delusion exists. The word 'again' means there are others as well. The delusion that becomes established by relying on common reasons is only conceptual thought, and those others without conceptual thought do not rely on what is common, whatever arises from the defilements residing within is by nature, appearing reversed only from its own nature, because it is the cause produced by faults. Because it is related to faults, that will show the untrue meaning, it will arise as the nature of the untrue meaning. Common seeing is appearance. Saying 'etc.' is seeing similarly.
