Having stated the extremely pervasive fault, now, by way of summary, it is shown that the characteristic itself is impossible. For the moment, even if it were established, it would turn into this fault, and that is also impossible to establish, what is said is: For consciousness, it is also impossible to establish similarity with an object. Because for sense consciousness, the way it appears, the coarse image, having parts, for each atom, it does not exist on one. The meaning is this: The image that exists on sense consciousness is having parts, and one atom does not have parts, therefore the nature of the atom, and the appearance existing on consciousness are contradictory, therefore it cannot be said that this image is its. For what, the nature and the image it produces are not contradictory, there is reason to cling to it as one, that image is what it produces, and it is designated by the one who designates the nature of the external object. Those who are similar and those who make it similar, for those who have contradictory dharmas, like contradiction, it is unreasonable to cling to it as non-different, therefore this image will not be produced by it. If it is still insisted that this image is produced by it, then because there is no difference from having contradictory dharmas, everything will become the image of everything. Also, if this is not the image of one atom, but this image is the body of many atoms, mutually completely abandoning nature and object and produced. The appearance of many indivisible atoms, as the object of the collection, will appear as having parts, thus one nature of the atom is indivisible, but many are not. The appearance of many appearing distributed on the object, the appearance existing on one consciousness, not distributed on the object itself is having parts, therefore it is not contradictory, thus doubting. For those who gather many natures, it is also said, not only is it not the image of one atom, it is also unreasonable for many, this is the meaning of the summary. The collection of matter of atoms, for those who have not been determined by different kinds, thus appearing as a coarse image, this is reasonable.

It is not. Why? Because it is one. Because whatever arranges knowledge, and the coarse form is experienced, that is one. From the perspective of direction, etc., isn't the appearance of things understood as different? Can something with contradictory qualities be a single path? Therefore, is it said that the abiding place of knowledge is also like this? It is not said that all appearances of knowledge are one, but when grasping time, it must undoubtedly be desired to grasp it as one. Otherwise, grasping it as many is unreasonable. Because, if the indivisible one is not grasped, then such certainty is unreasonable. Therefore, the ultimate one must undoubtedly be grasped. Because of grasping the indivisible, it is stated without grasping the meaning of the nature of many atoms. If it is allowed to grasp such a one, then what is unreasonable? It is said: One is with many, because it contradicts the many. Whatever is contradictory, like blue and non-blue, is distinguished, and should not be distinguished, because it is too extreme. Because, if the contradictory is also distinguished, and should be distinguished, then, because there is no difference, it will lead to all appearances being fabricated, therefore the certainty of the object will be lost. Someone thinks that the coarse nature, one that exists in common among many things, will therefore become similar, it is said: Among many atoms, there is also no single entity of such a coarse thing. Just as those with sects think that there is also a common nature among different atoms, if such a situation does not exist at all, then what will produce this form? Why? Whatever is the fault of refuting the possessor of limbs, it should also be regarded as the fault of the common one nature of the many. Someone thinks that according to our view, atoms are not objects, and moreover, whatever becomes an object, their coarse nature is not different either, however, the coarse substance of the possessor of limbs, which is made by the atoms themselves through the order of two or more atoms, that unique one is the object.
