The cause of bondage is the self-nature's own connection, which is its function. Hereafter, there is no object because of non-recollection, so it is the same as those unseen. That which is called having the characteristic of non-contradiction is being free from speech, attachment, and so on. The senses cannot harm these either, because they are destroyed by the very nature of the mind's dharma. That which is called self-realization by oneself is being endowed with attachment and so on. To say that it becomes too extreme means that eating too much and the color blue, etc., are also eaten in another nature, and that white clothes, etc., will become known. If it is contradictory because of seeing, it means that it is not connected, because seeing them will cause harm. It should be the same, meaning that seeing attachment and white clothes, etc., as the same in one's own nature, why not connect eating too much, etc.? Shouldn't it be harmed by seeing? Thus thinking. Furthermore, that should not be said to be the characteristic of reason, namely, that self-realization. Why is that? Because there is a possibility of contradiction, namely, because there is a possibility of harm from seeing. Also, from reversal, it means that in the opposite direction, the self that has been helped by not seeing, by seeing, can infer attachment and so on, because speech is not seen in stones and so on that are free from attachment. If that is not there, it means that if that reversal is not there, then that which is seen in one's own nature does not infer eating too much and so on in others, because that other is not eating little, but is seen as being seen in one's own nature, because there is no reversal from the opposite direction, shouldn't it be established? The eating too much and so on that is seen in the self that has entered the opposite direction, and the attachment and so on that are seen in the self that hesitates to enter, because the determination of the sign is not accomplished in the opposite direction, attachment and so on should also not be established by seeing in one's own nature. That is explained in detail, seeing also means seeing white clothes and so on, and seeing those who contradict, etc., also, in seeing too much and so on in one's own nature, and in inferring the nature of that in others, etc., because the object of the contradictory is seen, it should not be established in others. Those who have not seen the contradictory, etc., also
