If the meaning of "not being assembled" is expressed in language, then this fault is contradiction and lack of example. The reason for saying "there is no difference from the thing to be proven itself" is that it is similar to saying "the sign is the thing that should be recognized." If it is admitted, even if it is not said, there will be no faults such as contradiction. For admission, even the one who harms will not have the fault of contradiction, which will become an inevitable result. If it is thought that there is no fault, that is not right, because the reason enters the inconsistent aspect and has the characteristic of reversing the proof of what is to be proven. Saying that there is no difference from reversing the proof. If it is said that "because it is assembled" there is no reversal, then as said before, "the meaning of not being assembled itself" etc., shows the difference between the dharma and the possessor of dharma. Otherwise, the mere other meaning that is not distinguished, the sign has no meaning. Therefore, for it, it is admitted that there is no following of the meaning of "not being assembled," just as the venerable face of the great scholar Vasubandhu said: "If it is said to be self and other, because it is not established." Like this, the nature of not being established is the contradiction that harms the admission, because it does not follow the nature, but follows what contradicts it. The so-called "from what to argue" is from what does self-nature exist? To prove it, the proof is stated. Even so, the so-called "even so" is if it is thought that the result of stating what is to be proven is the self-nature to be proven. The so-called "reversed establishment" is because it follows the assembly, so it is established in the meaning of the assembly. If it is said that the meaning of the assembly itself is what is to be proven, then it is said "there is no result," because this is also admitted by the opponent. Using an example to show contradiction and no result, it is said "the characteristic of sound is," as Bhartrihari said: "The knowledgeable one and the external object, as well as one's own nature, through proving speech to recognize it, in general, are completely related." Like this, these sounds are before they are related to names.

It is said, "I am meaningful," and what is related to the name is conventional. Before that, it is so even when it is not established. It is meaningful because when a sound is uttered, it makes one understand that it possesses the knowledge that one wants to express. It is capable of understanding external meanings and understanding its own essence. For example, the sound "Go" makes one understand what one wants to express, as well as the cow, and its own essence, such as Ga, O, and U. Therefore, even before convention, one can understand the knowledge one wants to express and one's own essence. To say "because it is seen as having distinctions" is because it does not go beyond the nature of the first and second, etc. Here, what is intended to be proven is that it only has the meaning of its own essence, but through distinctions, it becomes meaningful through external meanings, so it is not intended to prove this. Or, even if the meaning of only one's own essence is established, it is not actually desired by a person, so the reason is meaningless. Because one wants to understand one's own essence from the sound, there is nothing else to be understood. To say "without distinguishing other meanings," if one does not distinguish others that are not aggregates, then what one wants to prove will not become one's own meaning. To say "one has already promised other meanings," if one proves without distinguishing, then the opponent Buddhagupta has already promised. The combination of the two is remote. If those subsequent inferences are not considered valid cognitions, then how does one state the combination as a reason? This is not contradictory, because it follows what is widely known to others, and it is done by showing it to others. To say "a person who is the characteristic of a body that appears as having consciousness" is to say that their established conclusion is like this: there is nothing that is different from the body, such as the so-called person and consciousness, but rather, the body itself, which is the nature of arising, is called consciousness and person. Therefore, a person who is the nature of a body that appears as having consciousness is like winter wine. Those that become mellow in the Soga season are no different from the wine itself, and similarly, consciousness and person are also completely transformed arising, and are not different from the arising body. This is what is to be said. In order to prove that, a bad combination.
