The phrase "it has been said" has been repeatedly shown in the second chapter, in places such as "non-existence." The phrase "therefore" means that if there is no reversal, there is no following; and if there is following, then there is reversal by that very fact. Since certainty is the nature of having two sounds, the sign of being a follower of substance, which is said to be devoid of reversal, is non-existent. Furthermore, in order to show that measurability itself, which is called following itself, is not only limited but also a common uncertainty itself. Measurability itself, which is called following in the opposite direction, exists here. It is said that "that is also unreasonable," and it has been said three times in the second chapter. The phrase "empty of the dharma of non-following" means distinguishing non-following. If it is said that distinction is made by discrimination and is not the nature of things, then the characteristic of things alone is not dharma, for if dharma is the nature of holding one's own characteristic, then it is also a thing. Because what is measured by the mind relying on others is also dharma, distinctions and so on are also called dharma. Therefore, the dharmas of the distinctions of reversal depend on existence. Depending on that, only distinctions are many, or because they hold their own characteristics, or because they appear to rely on others, they are called dharma. In order to explain that itself, it is said, "Non-existence is also connected to the path of some kind of expression," because it holds the nature of distinction in the way it was said before, and because it is determined as an expression by appearing in the mind. Otherwise, one would not connect the object of sound to dharma in non-existence. The phrase "it will not turn into an expression in that either" means that in non-existence, one will not distinguish it with sound and knowledge, but will understand it as non-existence. In that way, the expression of the dharma of existence will also not turn into existence, because one cannot determine its nature without removing its object. The phrase "both and not both" means that in non-existence, the establishment of both non-existence and the establishment of not both is accomplished. Validity.

If the location cannot be determined. Those who possess differing assertions, such as the tenets that assert existence, cannot definitively distinguish between those who possess that tenet and those who do not, because if existence cannot be determined by knowing non-existence, then existence is also uncertain. If its tenet cannot be determined, then those who possess its tenet cannot be determined either. Therefore, the distinctions of tenets must be determined, otherwise naming cannot be done. Because there is no ability to name different tenets, therefore, in any case, in any way, it is not a negation or it is okay to be non-existent. Even if one only understands the difference in the dharma of existence that is the opposite of existence, it is okay. Sound and definitive knowledge make it disappear in this case. That non-existence itself is called measurable. Therefore, measurability also applies to things that are completely non-existent. If the self-sufficient object between sound and understanding is non-substantial, then it cannot become measurable. Therefore, measurement does not apply to non-existent things, but only to the object of valid cognition, which exists in things, because it is infallible. If so, then the object of valid cognition, etc., is mentioned. If non-existence is the object of valid cognition, then because it has nothing, it will not be infallible. If so, then the definition of valid cognition, etc., is mentioned. The so-called not being harmed by other things in one's own object means that whether valid cognition itself exists or does not exist, both exist or neither exists, valid cognition will not be harmed by other things, so it and valid cognition do not deceive. That which does not deceive exists in the definition of valid cognition that establishes non-existence, so it can be determined that non-existence is measurable. If nothing is non-existent, then everything will always exist, even destruction and non-birth, because they exist indistinctly in the nature of essence. All travelers, in any case, whether manifest or unmanifest, exist. If it only applies to measurable existence, then in any case, that is the form of non-existence. When manifest, the form of existence that was previously unmanifest, like that, the non-existent itself is called unmanifest non-existence. When destroyed, it is also unmanifest.
