In the place where the arising is seen, even though there is obscuration, the ability to produce arises, because there is no difference in cause. If it is not like that, then it is knowledge. Therefore, from the causes such as the senses that are aided by obscurations, impotence is born, therefore obscuration is only the producer. Therefore, the cause of uninterrupted objects is the cause of ability, and the cause of impotence of the first moment of interrupted objects is the cause of interruption and the co-arising producer, and for the second moment and so on, the substance of interruption and the co-arising producer is the cause of impotence. Also, for the moments, either because of being related to some other cause, or because the abiding cause is incomplete, the fruit that is appropriate to the occasion is born impotent. For example, another moment of darkness that has obtained distinction from the darkness of apparent co-action becomes impotent to produce darkness, and similarly, the cause of cold touch becomes impotent when it arises from its own cause that is co-existent with warm touch, similarly, the senses and so on also become potent from the cause without obscuration, and from those that are co-existent with obscuration, they become impotent. Therefore, in the first case, the obscuration shows that the cause is incomplete, but it does not act slightly, and in this case, the obscuration of the nature that acts together with the cause that produces the senses and so on acts slightly. Similarly, sounds and so on do not lose the distinction of characteristics, even if some exist, for example, like the moments in the previous conceptualization. The arising of distinction also does not exist, for example, like the second conceptualization. Therefore, if they are the nature of the arising of knowledge, then for all those who realize, at all times, that is, in all states of having obscuration and not having obscuration, knowledge with their own objects, that is, with objects, will gradually arise, and they will do all of these, just as the desired manifests at the time of the result. Or, they will never do it.

It does not change, like the time of not acting. However, it is also called the time without obscurations. To whom, it is also called the person who dwells in a capable realm. A fraction, called not generating a single consciousness, this is certain. It is the word of proof established by valid cognition. Thinking thus, it is said that because a fraction of obscurations reverses the nature of capability, it is not that sound is not heard. However, to understand those, it is called diligence, or it can be something else, there is a fraction of co-action. If so, if that co-actor is near, then everything will be heard at once? It is said: each is determined separately. It is said that the diligence to clarify each sound is definitely separate. Therefore, at what time, whichever clarifier is determined to be near, that is heard at that time. Thus, what does that co-actor do to become a co-actor? It is said: it benefits the senses. The clarifier benefits the senses, and the senses are also co-actors of sound, so it also becomes a co-actor of sound. It can also be something else, it benefits that sound, and the benefit is only near. Thus, establishing ability, or the complete maturation of the ability that has been done, also dwells near, it is the benefit of the clarifier, which is desired by those outsiders. If for permanent sound, establishing ability and completion are not reasonable, so only with nearness does the clarifier benefit. For what reason, the co-actor sometimes changes to a certain sound at that time, therefore these sounds are sometimes heard at a certain time, is it done by that co-actor? Thus, from the side of obscuration, showing the other side of the co-actor is near, for the sake of refuting, we say so. Although seeing seeds and so on that depend on the nearness of the co-actor, the co-actor is not abandoned. However, the causes depend on the meaning of benefiting at the time of the arising of that result. It depends on what is not beneficial.
