It is not that the meaning is accomplished. Isn't it the intention to state things as they are? If asked how that is not accomplished, it is because it is not certain whether one can enter into things. If asked why that is, it is said like this. That way, it is not possible to look, it is not possible to see. This is the meaning called contradicting the direct perception. What is that? Wherever there is an intention to state it, there is a thing, that is this. Because there is no ability, the pervasion that there is a thing in intention is not established, so intention will be confused about things. Merely refuting the intention to state, this is because I have promised, etc., and those seen in the scriptures, are said not to be reasons. Although what is done by intention has been refuted, how is what is established in the scriptures understood? It is said "word" etc., the scriptures of the nature of words depend on intention, and intention is also not related to things, so it is refuted. So-called realization, those fabricated dharmas and scriptures by realization are only related to the intention of those authors, and things will also exist in other ways without intention, therefore what is done by realization and scriptures is a delusion about external objects. If it is said that what is to be proven is also what one sees oneself, and it is also what can be proven, isn't it? If asked how only the word seen by oneself grasps what can be proven, the answer is: In reality, stating the reason with three characteristics is what can be proven, and the words of the tenet are not what can be proven, so it is said. Clarifying what one sees oneself It is said that it is the subsequent inference, the subsequent inference also shows three characteristics, but it is not stating what is to be proven, this is actually the implication of the meaning. If asked how the statement of the tenet is not what can be proven, like this, the statement of the tenet and the reason actually do not have direct ability, because in reality it is the cause of understanding the meaning. Then, those from themselves, from their own nature, do not exist as the nature of what can be proven. Actually understanding the meaning, what is said is actually, not the stat

Because it is not a locus, because there is no certainty of non-erroneousness due to connection. Therefore, the statement itself is not the establisher, because its own nature itself can establish meaning. Furthermore, if this is the establisher, then it must necessarily be determined by it. From the statement of the subject, there is no certainty for the meaning to be established through profound doubt. The negative particle "na" indicates that the establisher is fire, and the pervasion exists in the statement of the subject and the statement of the reason. Because the established is stated, even through indirect means, there is no ability to realize. Therefore, the statement of the subject is not the establisher. Because stating the reason shows ability, it is the cause of memory, therefore it will become inference. In order to distinguish this, it is said "even through indirect means," because the established itself, which has become doubt, is stated. If it is determined by that alone, then even without a reason it will be established, even if there is a statement of the reason, it is merely stating that itself. Because the statement of the reason is not confused, it states the ability to transform into something other than the action of the established. Therefore, it becomes the establisher after careful examination. Because the establisher is the cause of memory, it is designated as the establisher itself on the word. If it is not actually the establisher, but because it is the cause of memory, then it is the establisher itself. If the statement of the reason enters from the statement of the subject, then is that also the establisher of ability merely through the cause of memory of ability? For the time being, the previous realized one, is he analyzing the sound or not, thus doubt arises. From doubt will arise the desire to know, and from the desire to know will enter the nature of wanting to manifest, which is the occasion of the combination of reasons. From that is the statement of the reason. Therefore, doubt and the desire to know, and those occasions will also become the fault of inference. Because the statement of the reason also enters from those. If a completely combined word is the inference of another meaning, then?
