I won't elaborate. If harm is only done to the subject of a proposition, why wouldn't it become a fault? It's called the subject of a proposition. If other subjects of propositions, such as space, which have become objects, are harmed, then the nature of the dharma that prevents the creation of a previously non-existent nature is not unestablished, but is definitely established, that is its meaning. It is not a fault because it only harms the subject of the proposition. Thus, by indicating the form of discrimination as the subject of the proposition, now by explaining the second commentary, what shows the subject of the proposition that has become an object is the word 'also'. 'Space is impermanent,' is the view of the Buddhists. 'Although there is harm,' etc., is the established tenet. Thus, the word 'also' harms even the permanence of space itself. If you ask, 'How is permanence not a subject of a proposition?' the answer is, 'Because of reason.' What is contrary to what needs to be proven is permanence itself. If you ask, 'How does it harm the opposite?' the answer is, 'Subject of proposition.' Here it refers to the subject of proposition, permanence. If you ask, 'Then when is there a fault?' the answer is, 'If to it,' referring to the subject of proposition, space, permanence. 'This' refers to, if the dharma of impermanence cannot be established, then at that time, this characteristic of harming the পক্ষ (pakṣa) will become a fault. If you ask, 'How is space permanent?' The answer is given by explaining the reason, 'Because it is not the cause of sound, etc., instantaneously,' which is 'like this.' If you ask, 'How can the difference of sounds exist?' the answer is, 'In phlegm.' This is what is said: 'Of the throat.' If you ask, 'How is the space of the throat cavity itself?' the answer is, 'like this.' Even so, if you ask, 'How is it impermanent?' the answer is, 'It is not its state.' 'Or' refers to, here it refers to the space of the nature of the throat cavity. Other objects, phlegm, etc., exist. 'That itself' refers to that which exists when there are no other objects. The answer is 'previous' etc. Doubt is because there are obstacles such as phlegm. The answer is 'permanence.' If you ask, 'If something with limbs, like being one that pervades many limbs, then space is also one that pervades many things.' If
