Since there is no inference, saying "seen by the other" refers to the opponent, that is, the opponent's understanding. Understanding oneself means that for the understanding of others, there is no erroneous sign. Through the valid cognition that establishes pervasion, the opponent himself should know. In this way, what the opponent understands, the opponent will know. Therefore, the opponent who knows the understanding of others will also understand himself. Therefore, how can it be determined that only others have seen it? Therefore, it is said, "Therefore," because it depends on one's own understanding. Whatever is determined to be understood by others, the opponent himself will also understand. According to our view, because it is necessary to say that the establisher seen by valid cognition, there is no fault. The other refers to the opponent, and oneself refers to the opponent. So why not say that one has seen it oneself? Therefore, it is said, "However." "Whatever" refers to impermanence, etc. The object of inference, for impermanence, etc., does not admit that the words of scripture are valid cognition. Why? Because it is completely examined and completely received, because it is admitted. Therefore, how can it be said that the establishment examination of others is outside of scripture? Or, if the object of inference is not considered to be word valid cognition, then what is it considered to be? "Because it is completely examined and completely received" means that after both direct perception and inference have completely purified the object, for the extremely hidden third aggregate, there is no harm. Because it is admitted that complete examination is valid cognition, therefore, for the third aggregate, all scriptures are. If the object of inference is also considered to be valid cognition, then what fault is there at that time? Therefore, it is said, "There," if the object of inference admits that words are valid cognition, then inference will not intervene, because understanding completing and then understanding is meaningless, because the meaning is completed only through words. In order to show the valid cognition established by "what is taken," the basis is established, which is scripture, etc. Not the object of direct perception and inference means saying the negation of what is not.

Because it can be established, the third skandha is a valid means of knowledge. If it is thought that it is the same for objects such as direct perception, then it is said "for its object," that is, for objects such as direct perception. The term "everywhere" also refers to all three skandhas. It is explained by saying, "The subsequent inference is the nature of meaninglessness, clarifying this reason." The term "that" refers to the one who is born or impermanent. At that time, not only the words of the Buddha, but also the words of the Samkhyas, "happiness, etc., are without mind," are valid means of knowledge, therefore. The term "its" refers to the words of the Samkhyas themselves. The term "impermanence, etc." refers to the Buddha's words "happiness, etc., are impermanent and have birth" which are established by valid cognition. The term "its" refers to the words of the Buddha that say "happiness, etc., which are established as valid, are with mind." The term "subsequent inference" means that the subsequent inference of the Samkhyas cannot establish the experience of a reversed mind. The term "removing from that" means removing from the one with mind. Whenever, in order to harm the scriptural authority, one begins to state the proof that should be declared, at that time, that scriptural authority is a valid means of knowledge, and therefore, all impermanence, etc., established by that scriptural authority are only not established. The term "by commitment" means because it is done by the object of the valid means of knowledge by commitment. The term "that" means that in that commitment, the validity of that scriptural authority will also be abandoned in the same way. The term "perfected by that" means that the reason established by the scriptural authority will be impaired. If one asks, "If one is impaired, then the other is also impaired, how can that be?" To this, it is said, "To that." Whatever scriptural authority has the nature of being based on commitment, and all the characteristics of establishing by valid cognition and reason, etc., will not fail to follow that commitment, but will only follow it. It means that if the commitment is impaired, then only it is impaired. If it is not like that, then it will not become the nature of relying on it. The term "that which makes one realize" means that the reason is established, that is, for the establishment of impermanence, etc. The term "validity" refers to what should be shown.
