Space is permanent. If one says, "Whatever holds something, that is its quality," this statement is not universally applicable. How is this demonstrated? Similarly, even if sound is held by space, sound is not a quality of space. Why is this said? Because the word "sound" itself indicates this. "Quality" refers to the quality of space, which is sound. And "without possessing" refers to wind. The reason for saying "without possessing" is because it (sound) is of the earth. Because it is the nature of earth, the combination of branches and leaves of trees with earth and wind is not contradictory. If it were not so, if even things that are not of the nature are carried by the wind, such as shadows and so on. Here, "it" refers to flowers and so on on the tree. "Combined with the tree" refers to the shadow, and "combined with the wind" refers to the nature of light. Therefore, if someone thinks that the wind moves the shadow by dispersing the gathered shadow, then this thought is also wrong. If wind and space are also complete, then space will not be moved by the wind, because it has no function. If someone wants the wind to move the gathered shadows and the sun, etc., by dispersing them, then why wouldn't the relationship of wind and combination move the gathered sound? Therefore, the gathering that is in harmony with space is impermanent. Through it, that is, through the wind. That is sound. It is impossible to carry qualities solely through gathering. Even qualities, such as smell, are like that. Even if it can be smelled, such as being able to smell the odor. It (the odor) is the odor that arises from the earth and so on. Here, "it" refers to the one who speaks of qualities. Or, just as one prevents qualities, one does not approve of things that have function. If some treatises consider quality itself to be equivalent to reason, even if preventing things with function is logical, but if this quality is not approved, then that is the law of the king. Here, the discussion is based on the premise of acknowledging that it has function. If someone says that this does not exist in any case, then the word "other" indicates this. Why is this said? Because the word "function" itself indicates this. It is impossible to have only function, because the difference in function cannot exist. Therefore, in different places, similar moments produce different things, and this itself is function, this is his thought. Or, this only exists in nature.

If it is said that it does not refer to qualities, etc., it is called "such." If asked how sound changes like "De," it is called "others." This means wanting to say, "There are other intentions as well." Because there is no substance, there are no qualities either. Therefore, if it is said that it is not an intention because it is included in wealth, it is called "another." That which possesses qualities is substance. Even if one promises to add to wealth, one also points out faults, which is called "if." What others say is from "for existence" to "if it is space." If there is no obstruction to existence, then if one thinks that the great element space exists, then this is not related. Why? Because there is "mutually," etc. In order to establish that, it is called "if." Therefore, if it is said that merely non-existence is space, it is called "when it appears, it is merely non-existence." Even if one promises the nature of the basis, one also points out faults, which is called "how space." If it is said that space is not the basis of wind either, it is called "walking." Obstruction is because of separation from embodied beings. Because it is not done by embodied beings, it is not done by space, that is its meaning. In order to avoid the fault of others not touching, it is called "however." This refers to space. The answer is "formless," etc. That is me. The other is sound. If someone does not want me, then considering his intention, one shows space, which is called "for whom." The so-called "such" is like space. For whom, if those are not doing that thing, then space is also not doing that thing, that is its meaning. For whom, if there is no self, then one should not promise space without being eaten by ghosts. Even if it is not like that, the function of space can be established, therefore it is said, "place also." From here on, it is only said after promising. If it is said that pervasive things are not existence either, it is called "mutually." Therefore, if sound depends on space, then it will become dependent on me, this is what is thought. In order to avoid the opponent thinking that pervasive things are unique, it is called "if." In order to abandon the established tenet also becoming unique, the occasion
