If it is said that it is to be rejected by the contradictory, then for the two aspects of what is said to be impossible and unnecessary, the example of the pot is also the same. The so-called "mutually," merely because the pot and the tile mutually exclude each other, the tile and so on will not become the rejector of the pot. If that is the case, then this will also become the rejector of the wood. However, etc., the meaning is that the cause of showing that things are in other times does not prove, so the cause of destruction is not meaningless. The answer to "other times," etc., also means this. If things are to be indicated, then it cannot be made other at that time. Therefore, if the destroyer makes it empty, then the emptiness that depends on it will become one. The dependent does not destroy the thing it depends on. Like water and a pot. Water exists in the pot, but it does not destroy it. The so-called "that" refers to the pot that has not been abandoned. Since the pot that has not been abandoned is considered to have the nature of destruction, it itself is not in other times. If someone thinks that the basis itself that is indicated is more important, then it will not be destroyed by dependence. Therefore, things that are in other times will not become the cause of destruction, which is "existence." There are also others who say that things in other times proved by inference are rejected by contradiction, which is "if." For example, people in the world admit that the pot is in other times, and use hammers and so on to destroy it. Therefore, being in other times itself can be proved, and using axes and so on is the reason. If things do not exist, then the cause of destruction will not be used, but it will still exist, which is inference. This shows that the existence of things in other times is rejected by contradiction. Therefore, the cause of destruction is not meaningless, that is his idea. Indicate after full proof. The so-called "other" refers to other things that have not been proved by inference, that is, fire.

It is just so. Therefore, the reason for saying "therefore" is that since there is no valid cognition established on things, it cannot be used as a term for existence. Explaining the first half is "like direct perception." "Established by it also" means that not only is it established by direct perception, but also by inference. "It" refers to the teachings established by inference. Why? The meaning of "if it does not exist" is. Because if that teaching does not exist, then the understanding of teaching the nature of inference is not true, therefore it will become non-valid cognition, so, if inference is not valid cognition, then direct perception will not become valid cognition either. "Because there is no it" means because there is no direct perception and inference. Although it is not said that inference is the establisher of the teachings, however, the doubt that it is merely a cognition of existence is "becoming." To explain the function of the latter half is "however." "It itself" refers to the teaching of the vase. Refuting both views is "vase etc.," the word "etc." refers to the destroyed objects, because it has already been established as another form, then how could the clay and other things not have been seen? If the vase and other subjects are established as other dharmas, then the vase and others will also be seen, because it does not have the meaning of reversal. Starting with "if" etc., first stating the first view, then the meaning of "the other of the vase," rebutting with explanation is "other." "It itself" is the vase itself. Therefore, the reason for saying "therefore" is because it is the basis of becoming other. "If the vase is not seen, then others can say these words," what is said is "the vase previously." "Its" is of the vase. The meaning in the debate of "if" etc. is: if the destruction of the vase exists, then at that time the vase that previously existed becoming other will be different, but if there is no destruction, then how is it? The answer is "that destruction also." Only becoming other, but not other, therefore there is no exhaustion. First, if there is destruction, then it will become other.
