Memory. Seeing is for later things. Both seeing also means that the clear memory and seeing of before and after are not just that. Now is, refers to seeing. If it is thought that the general appearance exists in seeing, isn't it established from inference? To welcome this doubt, it is "similar". The meaning of the established conclusion is this: the appearance of walls, etc. is certain, it is not proven by inference, but the certainty that the wall appears arises only from direct perception. Saying this, even if the moment appears, it should be proven by inference, just as the general appearance should be proven by inference, it should not be said like this. Because the appearance between moments is only established by direct perception, because it takes the nature of the previous and the later as an example. Similarly, the general is not grasped, therefore, how can a non-deluded person grasp the moment, only the term is established for the deluded person, similarly, the general is not deluded, no one has realized it. Therefore, how can it be established for the deluded? Other efforts refer to not being deceived by later times. The time of appearing is, however, it is in the time after appearing. The general has not appeared before, so how can inference prove its existence, or make other efforts? Just like when the appearance of trees was established before, when speaking later, inference proves that it appears, or makes other efforts. If it is thought that the general is only an appearance like walls, etc., then it lacks a clear nature. From where do you think? The general is. Color refers to doubt. The answer is "then". Why? From color and shape. The question is "pervasive". Pervasiveness itself is the nature of the general, but not the nature of color and shape. Therefore, if it is thought that there is no transformation from outside of color and shape, the answer is, then what is the general that depends on the clear color and shape and is not similar, that is dissimilar, that is, not the same. Dissimilar

Even if there is an aggregation, just as the generality of a cow is mottled, etc., it will also exist on horses, etc. Connections, etc., are also severed. If it is said that because it possesses color and shape, isn't it too excessive? The answer is "pervasion is." The view of the Samkhya school is to doubt, which is "color and shape themselves," meaning that there is no generality different from it. The answer is "if." "At other times" is doubt. If the initial manifestation is due to the nature of color and shape, and it is not recognized as pervasive, even so, at the second time of subsequent manifestation, it will definitely be recognized. If this is said, the answer is "no." By what does it occasionally generate its own discernment? The generality that cannot establish difference will not have difference when manifestation exists and does not exist. From where does such a thought arise? The answer is "from the previous." "Like that" means like the time when manifestation exists. If the previous aggregate is not non-destructive, how can it be said to be destructive? The answer is "the previous." However, destruction itself is realized by direct perception. Therefore, even if the previous manifestation is destroyed, it is recognized as being like that, so for manifestation existing and not existing, there is no difference in generality. Therefore, either it is recognized as pervasive from the beginning, or it will never be recognized. This is definitely a definitive principle. When the previous difference is destroyed, the generality will also be destroyed, because it is its nature. This is also the intention here. To welcome the doubt of this answer, it is "there," because the generality is observed on the aggregate existing in another place, so how can it be destroyed in the place where manifestation is destroyed? It must be non-destructive. If this is said, "if," etc., is the answer. "In the previous" refers to the place related to the manifestation observed previously. "That" refers to the Samkhya school. "By others" refers to other cognizers. The meaning is that if manifestation is destroyed in the previous place, if the generality is not destroyed, then at that time everyone should see it. The debate of "because it is not pervasion itself" is "that," etc.
