From where does doubt arise regarding non-realization? Because it becomes too extreme. The words "if" mean explanation. The word "that" refers to another aspect of non-realization. If one doubts whether there is any fault in having doubt about this, the words "if regarding non-realization itself" are used. Doubt is directed towards the object of doubt. The words "non-appearance" refer only to the disappearance of appearance. The word "if" is to welcome doubt, that is, regarding non-realization itself. What becomes too extreme? It is not for realization. Regarding movement and non-movement, it is said to be born from grass or born from leaves, that is, having such a nature. "Other" refers to being born from something that can be inferred. The words "if realized" are the answer, if it is certain that the inferred thing is born from grass, etc. Furthermore, etc., is to make two discriminations, and first to eliminate, the self-nature of discrimination. There will be no doubt about measurable things, born from grass, etc., because it is certain that there is no movement. The second elimination is the word "however." "However, from this" refers to appearance. If it becomes too extreme for what, there will be no doubt merely by seeing. However, in general, seeing the dharma, wanting to see its difference that has not been seen, for becoming doubt, it is said to be seeing, if it is said "if general." Because the difference is not directly perceived, asking the meaning of "difference direct perception is what," difference direct perception is that of that. Becoming a direct perception other than direct perception is a consciousness of memory, or merely a negation of direct perception. Among them, the consciousness of memory also focuses on the self-nature of the difference, so how can it become doubt? For the negation of non-existence, it is said that it becomes doubt only for not seeing, it has already been said, it is said from those that are not non-existent. If it is said "if remembering the difference is with the object, because it is uncertain, there is doubt," this is to welcome doubt. However, what? Therefore, it refers to the uncertainty of being with the object. For that, it also refers to remembering the difference. The fault for this is also the same as before, that is the meaning.
