That which has the nature of etc. is valid cognition, because it is not non-existent, therefore it is close to being needed for conventional terms, so it is true. If you wonder what will become of that, it is said, "If it is so." The meaning is that blue etc. are non-existent because they are separated from one and many, so the knowledge that is not different from it is also non-existent, so it is conventional truth. Because it is the very cause of satisfaction in worldly terms, it is not contradictory to say that it is true by its manifest pride. If you wonder what the ultimate truth is, it is also shown in the way of concluding, that is, "Therefore." Because the conventional truth exists in that way, therefore the ultimate truth is that all natures are empty. For that very reason, truth itself is common to the conventional and the other, so it is thought that it is distinguished by the conventional and the ultimate. If, because it follows the external objects of appearance and follows the conceptualization, it is the existence of doing things, how can all natures be empty? It is said, "External." If even though it is not seen that way, even so, how can it be a pure lineage? It is said, "However." If you want to know how to refute the awakened conceptualization, it is said, "Furthermore," the awakened conceptualization is also. The so-called "same" is the cause of habit. It is thought that because the external object is prevented from being the cause, all natures are empty. In this way, after showing without contradiction from the point of view of the Madhyamaka school, blue etc., which are not different from the existing self-aware perceptual knowledge, also become its nature. Birth etc. are not like that, because that is the non-existent conventional, and because it can be recognized by the conceptualization born from the previous and subsequent perceptual knowledge. Because it exists, the view of the Yogacara school is "Or." In that way, relying on valid cognition and worldly terms, existence and non-existence are not contradictory, but the commentators say that it is contradictory, which is to initiate a dispute, that is, "If conventional" etc. What is being prevented is that it is also not true.

It is called. The so-called "thus" means, in terms of ultimate truth, according to its ability. The so-called "thus" means the ability to establish solely through cognition. This means: if any nature is incapable, yet arises in this way, it would become contradictory. If any dharma is not capable in this way, it will not arise; if it arises in this way, it also contradicts valid cognition, then where is the talk of cessation? If birth and so on are themselves conventional truth, then the meaning of "arising in conventional truth" is, if there is doubt that the fault of "the born" will be committed, then it is said that "in the born" is also. The so-called "with what nature" is the question. The so-called "in conventional truth" is the answer, that is, because it is not determined by valid cognition. If the interpreter refutes conventional truth, and merely calls it "conventional truth" in name, then the "also" that is said is an illusion other than name, thus it is proclaimed. Other statements are also listed and refuted. The so-called "any cause and effect." The so-called "past" refers to just past. The so-called "after passing" is to eliminate special doubts. Because of the inversion, it exists at the time of non-birth. To establish that there is no difference, it is asked: when is the time of birth? It means that the time of arising is the time when the deity appears. The so-called "if" is the first negation. It means that the producer will become the cause of the fruit. The second negation is "or." The so-called "produce" means to give birth. The so-called "existence" refers to the cause that has just passed. If you think, what is the fault in that? Therefore, it is said, "Therefore, severance is also." The cause that has just passed, if it existed before the fruit, but has been gone for a long time, then it does not exist. Therefore, if anything exists with its immediately preceding nature at the time when the fruit does not exist, that is the cause; the previous ones are not, because of the severance, if there is doubt, it is said "moment." The moment of question and so on, like the moment of form, is also immediately preceding the fruit of form, those will also become the cause, that is the meaning. Ha
