Return. The thought is, "Isn't recognizing things seeing?" The explanation of this is "pillars, etc." If you ask what the answer is, it is "if." When seeing white, etc., what is this cognition? If, as you wish, from manifestation, the nature is other, then at that time white, etc., will not appear. If someone says this, who admits that the nature of appearance does not appear? It is said that others say, meaning that the nature of appearance does not appear by its own nature. If it is said that the appearance of taking blue, etc., enters the mind, and that mind becomes hidden, then although blue, etc., appear, they will also become hidden, because there is no difference from the mind of hidden nature. Because the meaning of what others say is like this. Although the appearing blue, etc., become hidden, what harm is there? It is said, "If it is like that." If you ask how it is like that, and it will also become hidden in the same way? It is said, "Also from inference." The hiddenness of appearance is also present in direct perception. Therefore, things will only become hidden. However, in inference, the recognition of things is temporarily present. Direct perception will also be like that. Therefore, even if it is hidden, what is lost? It is said, "If." Saying that cognition is "if one's own." If one does not recognize one's own part, that is, one's own nature, the mind will also not recognize the object to be cognized and oneself. Saying that the difference of the object is "having objects such as form," the happiness of the objects is only mutually different. Saying that the difference of habituation is "similarly," etc. However, if one thinks that what is produced by objects, etc., is not consciousness, what contradiction is there? It is said, "If." The "that" in it refers to the object. Because it is consciousness produced by the collection of consciousnesses, it means that it is like other consciousnesses. The "these" here refer to the happiness, etc., of the nature of consciousness.
