Whatever exists, if it is true in dependence on particular attachment, what fault is there? Therefore, the statement made by the opponent that the expression "conventional truth" is a deceptive word, this is related to that, so it is indicated by "therefore." Just as calling river water the honey of the lips is not a deceptive word, how could calling "conventional truth" or "appearing as true" become a deceptive word? If it is not a deceptive word, then establishing the tenet, what meaning would become untrue? If it is said that appearing as true itself is unreasonable, then saying its untruthfulness, what deception is there at that time? There is none. Why, because of not understanding the thoughts of other Buddhas, wanting to express self-praise, saying that "conventional truth" and so on are the deceptive words of Buddhists, etc., besides these empty words, there is no other deception, thinking that this statement is now a great statement. If it is not said that the objects of focus are not different, whether establishing refutation affirmatively or establishing refutation negatively is fine, because at that time it is establishing upon what is already established. For example, vases and so on are only not different from knowing that they are the nature of what can be measured. Vases and so on are also focused on by knowledge, so what is there that we dislike? If it is said that there is no focus because of extreme difference, then at that time it contradicts your fifth chapter. You are now establishing that there is no focus because of extreme difference, so this examination now contradicts the previous chapter, that is the final conclusion. Saying "thing composition" is because, in whatever form things exist, Buddhists consider that there is no wisdom focus. This is establishing that extreme difference has no focus, but things themselves also do not have extreme difference, because they are not different from what can be measured, etc. Therefore, if it is necessary to establish no focus through something different from things, then this contradicts what you Buddhists hope for. However,

If it is said that there is no difference between the grasper and the grasped, therefore it is to be established, then the statement for this is the meaning of "ability." On one entity, the ability of the agent and the ability of the action are evident. However, considering that all Buddhists are exhausted, one might say such words, therefore the statement is the meaning of "if." The meaning of "that" is the thought that all knowledge is without an object. To welcome the doubt that all knowledge that establishes the arising of this correct knowledge is without an object, therefore the statement is the meaning of "you." Because of the knowledge itself that establishes, from the arising wisdom, all knowledge is without an object, for example, for the knowledge of blackness, etc., does it hold the objectlessness that has become the Dharma of the form present in front? If it holds, then the wisdom that establishes itself is uncertain, it is both knowledge and without an object, or it is not, like the knowledge of inference itself. However, if it does not hold, then this knowledge of inference, like the thought of water in a mirage, holds its own part. Therefore, the wisdom of the grasper and the grasped, because the two objects are different, so for the knowledge of kapala, etc., the objectlessness that holds the vase, etc., because it becomes contradictory, because it is an irreversible cause, the knowledge of blackness, etc., is essentially with an object, what can prevent this from happening? Nothing can prevent it. The meaning of "if" is to welcome the doubt of the Buddhist. If one prevents with any word that has the object of wisdom, then it is establishing on the established. However, if one prevents with a word that has the ability to generate wisdom, becoming a statement of a word with an object, then the Buddhist, your to-be-established will not be established. Without the comprehender, there is no combination of the establisher. Because you prevent with the generator of wisdom itself, so you prevent with the comprehender itself, then how can the to-be-established be established? Another refutation is the statement, that is, the meaning of the statement is that the statement of words will not be without connection.
