Things themselves and so on are also like that. Then, what is the nature of happiness and so on? (Answer:) It is said to be the nature of things and so on. Because happiness and so on are the nature of the pot. It is said that now the nature of the pot and so on is seen, because later the nature of the pot and so on is seen. The main thing also becomes only the nature of the pot and so on. However, this is someone else's view. The statement about that main thing is "if" and so on. The collection of transformations is the nature of the pot and so on. Only obvious and not obvious are transformed things. Making it obvious is "obvious is" and so on. If you ask what this obvious is, then the unobvious is also included, because that is the nature of the unobvious. After thinking like this, the answer to both is: the nature of the visible is called obvious, and the absence of the visible nature is the absence. Expressing that meaning is "invisible is" and so on. The nature of the pot and so on, which is established by valid cognition, is invisible to the subject. If the nature is not established by valid cognition, then it will only become non-existent. Even if it only becomes non-existent, what is the loss? Therefore, it is said like this. The so-called "that way" means that if it exists as it does now, and also exists in the state of the subject, then what is the use of examining the subject as the cause at that time? The so-called "those" are the pot and so on. The so-called "different" is from the nature of sound. If the pot and so on and happiness and so on are clung to in different ways, even if that is the case, it will not become one, (Answer:) The so-called "appearing in different ways." Explaining that metaphor is "in blue and so on." However, is there also a difference in that through cultivation? (Answer:) It is said to be like that, if the image of blue and so on may also become different through cultivation. The follower of habit, not the fruit of habit, but things, like the image of a greedy person. The so-called "that" is the nature of the appearance that is determined not to be external. The so-called "not" and so on.

is the answer. The cause of confusion is only that there are definitely things like dizziness, because those are not seen, and also because there is no belief that they exist in appearances that are not external environments. Similarly, the mind is also called the nature of the completely transformed chief. Mine is called the person. This abandons what was said, "By this, it will be realized as an external environment," and now what is said, "Happiness and so on will not become a differentiated sequence," has disappeared, and this is called "cultivated." Having its nature is called becoming the nature of the mind. The cultivated mind transforms into differences, which shows the other party, called "cultivated" is said like this. Also, if you want to know how these two enter through cultivation, then that is "ego is also." The ego with the appearance of thinking "I" is also the mind. The ego arising from courage is called: Ego is the nature of the three qualities, because it knows courage very well, it is said to arise from courage. Therefore, when the mind depends on the ego arising from courage, then, it will obtain the nature of happiness. Similarly, when relying on the ego arising from darkness, then it will obtain the nature of suffering. When relying on the ego arising from dust, it will obtain the nature of ignorance. Thus, it is called becoming the nature of happiness and so on. The statement about this is if. Sound and so on are also the nature of the completely transformed chief, if it is said that those are also the nature of happiness and so on, then the external environment is said. Because seeing following its nature, if it is thought that sound and so on are the nature of the completely transformed chief, then it is said that these are its nature. When the mind also has the nature of happiness and so on, then, sound and so on follow the nature of happiness and so on, which is not established by valid cognition. These happiness and so on sometimes become the nature of the mind, this is its meaning. At that time, the result following the cause is called the result is
