Later, when seeing it at another time, whatever is blue is of the same kind as the blue that will appear. Therefore, it is like seeing blue. If someone asks: Will this also be determined as "This is also blue"? The answer to this is "Then, yes." To dispel the doubt of saying "It is uncertain," the answer is "However." "Where" is the answer. If it is said "It will definitely happen," then saying "That which will happen is the cause" is "definitely." Because the reason that it happens that way is the cause, it is said "Therefore." "Entering" refers to "obtaining." If someone doubts, saying: Contacting manifest things is valid cognition, and not other, because that is not there. The answer is "However." Answering "Obtaining": If there is no object, then merely the appearance of being in front is the same as illusions, therefore, it will not become valid cognition or the other. Illusion is also no different now, that is its meaning. "Meaningful" is to dispel the doubt of being different. "Not" is to prevent argument. Why? Because "There is no non-deception." It means that there is no difference merely in the appearance of being in front. If someone doubts, saying: Even if oneself does not deceive, but from other non-deceiving things, it is still possessing an object of things. The answer is "However." The answer is "That also." From other non-deceiving things, it is still possessing an object of things, that should also be understood through inference, because it is not direct perception. If it is not possessing an object of things through inference, then how can it completely destroy other objects of things? Therefore, there is no difference between direct perception and inference. If someone asks: Then, how is contacting things said to be valid cognition? Therefore, he said "Because," because it has been said before. If it is not like that, it means that it is not merely close to grasping things. If someone asks: If things are like this, then is it fundamentally increasing or decreasing? To this, he said "Like this." The nature of the nature of obtaining is for grasping.

Even through confusion, one can see the realization that is of the nature of inference, which is a valid cognition. For example, it is like clinging to what appears in direct perception. The explanation of this is that for direct perception, it is said extensively from "or it becomes like entering, then direct perception itself becomes a valid cognition, and inference is not." Another explanation given is, "or if it is the meaning of entering." This has already been explained by saying that it is not completely determined. If one does not understand the nature of what is to be obtained, then how can one obtain it? The answer is, "because it is meaningful." The explanation of this is, "that which is not existent is." Is it only seen in that way? The answer is, "it is said like this." Thinking that this attainment is uncertain, because if there is no contact with the object, certainty is unreasonable, this doubt is certainty. The answer is, "relation," that is, by the power of the sign that is related. Therefore, not only is attainment, but existence itself is also related, coming from having a sign, from the nature of the phenomenon. To dispel the doubt that inference without a reason for holding a relation is not a valid cognition, the answer is, "how?" "Direct perception also" is the answer. Because one cannot actually ascertain the relation, others doubt by merely stretching out their feet, that is just like that. "Both also" is the answer. Because one sees that it is just like that, the answer is that the understanding of the relation by both direct perception and inference is the same. Therefore, there is no dispute that both are valid cognitions. If, like inference, conceptual thought is not a valid cognition, then how can it be made a companion to establish that inference is a valid cognition? To dispel this doubt, the answer is, "however, there," that is, in the place to be obtained. "That itself" is not conceptual thought. Therefore, it is thought that conceptual thought cannot establish that inference is a valid cognition. The answer is, "inference." "That itself" is holding the relation. Not admitting.
