It is considered to be abandoning the dust. How is it determined that exhaling and inhaling are the fruits of the mind? Because if the mind exists, they exist. Conversely, it is not so, that is the meaning. Where does this come from? Because it changes under control, so it is said. The explanation is "dust" and so on. So, when will it fall into a state of not changing? "The body is just like that" means that when one wants to manifest the arising of consciousness, the state that is exactly the same as the previous nature remains. "Does it change?" means that at the time of death, the mind will not change. Even if the body changes and remains, it should not change. In either case, it should not change. Where does this come from? Because it follows in all states, that is, in many states such as decline and growth, the mind follows what has been previously determined. Therefore, it does not depend on the difference of states. Therefore, in either case, it should not change. At the time of death, does the mind change only because of the difference of pain such as stinging? The feeling of pain is the dharma of the mind, what happens to the body? If the body also changes because of it, then the body is its support, but it is not its support, because it cannot give help or cause harm. "Knowledge is different, the body is not the cause" will also be applied. Therefore, if the body is the cause of the mind, then the same thing must also arise from the corpse. For this very reason, the body is not the cause of exhaling and inhaling either, but only the mind, because without the mind, they will not arise, so it is said that if the mind exists, they exist. Conversely, the mind does not arise from exhaling and inhaling. The mind will not be controlled by them. Or, do they not depend on the mind? So it is said, "They are." The exhaled and inhaled breath: From where does it come without effort? It will be explained like this. It also shows that it is controlled by the mind in another way.

That is called "from another." Then, what should those minds be? The answer is: mind is what is said. The term "from those" does not necessarily mean "from those themselves." If they help each other, then because it was the same before, it is beginningless. Even if it arises from another, the word "also" refers to existence. The tenet's view is: this means that all existence must be abandoned. If it is thought that those are not the result of mind, because even without mind during sleep, expiration and inspiration occur, to dispel this doubt, it is said, "However." The tenet is: even if it is admitted that there is no mind during sleep, there is no fault in saying that expiration and inspiration at that time are the result of mind. "From the previous mind" means from the mind of the waking state. "From that which has become different" means that from the habit of intense occurrence, it becomes different and becomes intense in occurrence. "Not the cause itself" means that in reality, it shows dependence on the mind through expiration and so on. The difference of mind is without effort. Furthermore, if expiration and inspiration are the result, then as expiration and inspiration increase and decrease, the mind will also increase and decrease. But that is not so, because without effort, these two do not occur. If expiration and inspiration do not occur without effort, then they are indeed the result of a cause. Expiration and inspiration. How is that? The answer is: those are what is said. Expiration and inspiration. However, this means that the nature of those is expiration and inspiration themselves. Then, from what does the nature of those arise? The answer is: it is said, "One's own essence is from another cause." From that mind. The intention of refutation is this: that "other" that you said, "one's own essence is from another cause," is it the abiding "wind" or the "body"? First, considering the former, it is said, "If." That which abides. From that, expiration and inspiration will arise, and from that, the mind will also arise from that, expiration and inspiration, and
