will become the object of clinging. All of this will be clearly explained. The removal of the second kind of conceptualization is called the arising of wisdom. The explanation of the third kind of conceptualization, for the rootless (sense faculties), is because mind-nature does not exist. The power that has become the nature of the sense faculties, and the meaning of what is called entering. Therefore, it is called the very nature of the sense faculties. The act of blessing itself is power, and this way will also be shown. This is said in relation to that. The mind-consciousness that follows the sense faculties is also that, and also other. This (consciousness) transforms into a nature similar to its own nature, transforming into a form characterized by clarity. If it were not so, even though it arises from the sense faculties, it would not transform in that way. At that time, from the cause of that sense faculty, something that is not its nature arises. If, as previously said, conceptualization arises, then from where does the nature of that conceptualization arise? Therefore, it will become without cause. To this, others say "if". From fire, smoke and ashes arise, there are different collections. The non-essence that exists in firewood, together with fire, produces ashes, while the extremely non-essence produces smoke. Here, if someone thinks, what basis is there for one consciousness to produce two different consciousnesses? (The answer is) different collections are. To this argument, answering by explaining in another way, that is not. Therefore, he said, "As its intelligence." In order to clarify the fundamental meaning that includes its own verses, it is "the intelligence of the sense faculties." Like that, arising from the sense faculties. Even if it is that which arises from the sense faculties. In order to clarify not following the sense faculties themselves, it is "from the sense faculties." Not near is not abiding near. In order to show that for that very argument, by explaining in another way, it will become an answer, it is "however it transforms." If it is not said, "because clinging transforms"? If so, why is it said that it transforms by consciousness? (The answer is) clinging itself is consciousness, so it is said. If it is not that it transforms because of that transformation

Because even with eyes closed, one does not abide without conceptualization. The meaning of the answer "It is this" is that each aspect is refuted, because there is no other collection. The power that generates knowledge is different, because they are each different, that is, they do not depend on others. If it is a power that depends on others, then it is the generator of the collection, so even if one is missing, the collection will not exist, therefore consciousness will not arise. The word "also" means that one should immediately observe the statement "powers are different." What is said as "also from all" is the meaning of being completely filled. Explaining based on the three conceptualizations is because there is no mind-essence. It is from places without senses such as the tips of hair and nails. That is the intention, because being separated from sensory knowledge cannot be avoided. However, how is this a reason? Because it is flawed by the fault of being uncertain. Showing that is "if." The meaning of "however, mental consciousness" is this: If the tips of hair and nails, etc., do not have mental consciousness, if one proves that there is no mental consciousness, then it itself is both the object to be proven and the prover, therefore it is just one aspect of the meaning of the commitment. "The feeler itself" means that the feeling that feels is the doer, that is, the meaning of being sentient. At that time, how does one understand that mental consciousness arises from the tips of hair and nails, etc., in the first birth? For example, because one understands that the body and tongue, etc., are very close and related to one's own knowledge, sometimes one may mistakenly think that they are also the proximate cause of knowledge in other times. If the tips of hair and nails, etc., are not understood as having the feeling of following and returning to oneself, then by what would one occasionally rely on the name of its proximate cause? Is it reasonable for fire, which has never been seen to produce cold, to be called the cause of cold?
