How is it considered correct to accomplish the other world with the earthly realm? If it is merely the view of the Mind-Only school, then the sense faculties will arise suddenly. If only the four great elements are the cause, then it would be too excessive as desired. It is also unreasonable for the sense faculties to be connected with the previous similar kinds as desired, because diseases and other harms, as well as epidemics, mostly damage the eyes and so on. If it is thought that those will also obtain sense faculties as if they were obtained, then it is said, "Thus," and so on. As it is also said in the *Distinguishing the Middle from the Extremes*: "Meaning and sentient beings, the appearance of consciousness, arise, not that meaning." Thus it is said. That which appears as self is what appears as the sense faculties. If it is thought that blue and so on should be included within consciousness by the very nature of their clarity, because they are always hidden, how are the sense faculties understood? It is true that in this system, the very difference in the power immediately following is the sense faculty, and it is also the nature of the cause immediately following, so there is no fault. For example, just as one examines different sense faculties, so it is said that what is known by the nature of such discrimination appears as the sense faculties. The examined sense faculties are also called Mind-Only, relying on the power of habit. Similarly, for what exists as examined by self-grasping and so on, one also establishes that appearance and so on. Therefore, the reason why it is said that the eyes and so on rely on the power of habit is that, by the power of such karma, the habits become dissimilar, and even if the collection of sense faculties is damaged, by the power of the habit of definite arising, it is not contradictory for eyes and so on to arise in another body from the place where the sense faculties are damaged. Now, establishing the basis of beginninglessness and endlessness related to the occasion is "therefore." "This aspect" means that even if such a cause is nearby, there is damage and arising of the eyes and so on, while consciousness exists by its own nature. Therefore, samsara is also without beginning or end, because all the previous ones that have that aspect depend on the previous ones. If that is so, then it is exactly so.

Since it will eventually disappear, it is meaningless to merely become accustomed to it. If one thinks that pursuing the next world for this purpose is also fruitless, then it is as said, "Until when?" "The error is not completely eliminated," refers to Not realizing the manifestation of non-duality. "Until then" means that considering the time lasting until then, it becomes the meaning of saying that there is no end. Like this, there is no contradiction in abiding in mere consciousness and pursuing the next world of the eye and so on. If it becomes like that due to the power of habit, then how should the understanding of external objects be? Therefore, it is said, "Are the eye and so on true?" Even if it is not the nature of habit. The so-called "external object" refers to the collection of blue and so on. Or, are the eye and so on true in the nature of consciousness? Even if it is an external object of material nature. "This nature is beginningless" refers to the eye and so on repeatedly decaying, and due to the unseen power of the roots and so on decaying, it repeatedly arises in other bodies. In short, the mind flows continuously, and the eye and so on are also without limit. The way of abiding in beginninglessness is the same as before. For external objects, it is a mistake to think of "I," and realizing no-self is ultimate. As it is said, "There is no observation of creating beings and the differences that follow, that is merely conceptualization," to those who say this, the answer is "If" and so on. "Hardness and so on" includes how to see the differences such as softness or wetness. The so-called "born from warmth and moisture" refers to being born from warmth and moisture from the gaps, and changing from trees and so on. Being born from the womb and being born from warmth and moisture, the change of the vast land itself is being born from the womb. For miraculous birth, temporarily There is a wrong understanding. "However" indicates that by distinguishing the changes of the earth, it explains that it is the cause of living beings. Stone and pillar, etc.
