It enters (the topic). This Isvara (god) clarifies the reason. The so-called "that" is for immediately explaining the situation. To eliminate the doubt of "why is it like that," Isvara (god) expresses his thoughts, that is, "My nature is like this," Isvara (god) is mine. The answer is "It is also like that to me" said. If "if" is someone else's doubt. The world is also like that. The answer is mutual dependence. The world is driven by Isvara (god) to do all kinds of things, and through all kinds of things, it also drives the Isvara (god) of the world. What does it mean that Isvara (god) drives karma, and Isvara (god) drives karma? Even if it changes like that, what is the fault? If so, if it is said to be mutually dependent, then neither the driving of karma nor the driving of Isvara (god) should exist, because if one does not exist, the other does not exist. Furthermore, does Isvara (god) have the ability to drive good karma? Regarding this, denying the side that has the ability is what "if" says. The so-called "not without ability" means "if it really has the ability." At that time, sentient beings would only do good deeds. But that is not the case, because it is seen that there are those who do unlawful things. Or, if it can drive both kinds of karma, then it is like making sugar not sweet, because it has misleading properties, so it becomes unworthy of acceptance, that is probably what is thought. The second elimination is what "if the world is here" says. At that time, saying that karma itself is good, because it must be admitted without hesitation, in order to prevent the superfluous. The Victorious One is the one who has reached the peak, even if there is no accomplisher, there will be no harmer. Therefore, there are three possibilities here: sentient beings are controlled by karma, or the state of doing what they want and do not want, or who can examine the difference in the thoughts of the Bhagavan? The first case is that even if it belongs to the collection that produces results, it is said that it has lost its autonomy like other causes. It is said that being in that state, it has already been said to be sugar and the one who makes it sweet itself.
