Then, giving is also the same and similar result. This is how it is connected. For example, when trying to prove that sound and so on are impermanent, the crow is black, just like there is no connection. If it is thought that the connection between this basis and the based is not established, do not doubt, because it is not so in the present situation. It is only because there is no connection at all that one wants to use this as an example. Then, what will become the proof? It is said that shape and so on are. If it is thought that everything will become what is desired to be proven, it is said, "From other kinds," for a person who is completely established in pots and so on, it is not appropriate to prove roundness and so on from seeing the commonality of the sound of shape and shape. The so-called "because it exists" is because there is sound. The so-called "others promise" means that the very thing that sound says will become the proof that follows, which is what others promise. The so-called "this" means that the very thing that sound says is the proof that follows, which is also abandoned. The word "etc." in "Samkhya and so on" includes Vaisheshika. The word "etc." in "mindless etc." includes non-internal etc. The so-called "impermanent etc. therefore" means that the happiness etc. that should be established as just said are mindless etc., and the proof of non-internal etc. The word "etc." includes the reason for having birth etc. The conjunction "and" refers to the trees of the naked sect included in the word "etc.", if all the bark is peeled off, the reason for death, from this also examine the sentient beings. The conjunction "and" means "also", and it should also be understood here that happiness etc. are mindless, or other trees are sentient, from what proof is impermanence and death etc. proven? The establishment itself is a mansion, and being able to climb to its top, that is, the proof of impermanence etc., is only wanting the sound to be the same. Why? Because there is no truth of meaning. Because the meaning that the sound of impermanence etc. wants to express does not exist in things. Saying "because there is no meaning" is because the meaning of impermanence etc. does not exist.

It should be understood as such. Briefly, in order to clarify this point in relation to the Samkhya school, it should be said as follows. Because of the Samkhya school, impermanence is not obvious, and it should be connected in this way. If it is said, why can't the non-obvious impermanence itself become the establisher? Answer: Because it is said "not obviously manifest," it means that it is to dispel the reason why the opponent is not established. "Then" etc. is the opponent's question. "Part" etc., means "what is this," this is the question raised by the established sectarian. "The nature of the non-manifest" etc. is the opponent's answer. "Then" etc. is the view of the established sect. "Chief" etc., the word "etc." includes the puggala etc. If it is thought that merely being non-manifest is not impermanent, but rather one wants to say "the existent non-manifest," therefore it is said "the existent non-manifest." In order to avoid the fault of "chief" etc. becoming impermanent, the question raised is "manifestation." Some people think that "chief" etc. are never manifest, therefore they are not impermanent. What is "manifestation," this is a refutation, it is said "it is the nature of knowledge or the knowable," this is placing the discrimination in the mind. In order to refute the first discrimination, therefore it is said "if in terms of meaning." At that time, how can it be said that what is manifest is visible, and what is not manifest is invisible? The thing that is manifest itself will not become non-manifest. If it changes, what fault is there? Answer: It is said "if it is abandoned," it means if the manifestation itself is abandoned, because there is no difference in meaning. In order to clarify the second point, therefore it is said "however." "It" refers to the nature of non-manifestation, how is it not non-concomitant? If it is concomitant, then it will become permanent, and things will become manifestation itself. Even if a part is concomitant, it cannot become manifestation itself. If it is said, then what becomes manifestation is knowledge, this is also non-existent. If the nature of things exists, what will happen to it? If something does not exist, it will not become non-concomitant. Therefore, how is it not destroying non-concomitance?
