The so-called "earth" refers to, through self-cognizant wisdom. To illustrate that it is not apprehended by direct perception, the preceding and succeeding direct perceptions, each, are connected with "constancy itself is not discrimination." If it is thought that the two cognize it, then it is answered that it is because they are not simultaneous. Connecting "that is this," it is also said that that is not cognition, which is called "connection also." Why? Because it is recollection. If there is no direct perception, then it is said that there is no inference to establish it, which is called "if there is no direct perception." "Therefore" means, because there is no self in ultimate truth. The meaning that one wishes to manifest is liberation. If there is no self, then how is it that the cognition of the worldly "I" and "mine" is not harmed? Therefore it is said, because whoever clings to self is not liberated. The beginningless continuum, that is, what continuously exists, that is what has a beginningless cause. Those of the same kind as this, those who have the view of seeing seeds as sentient beings, are spoken to in this way. This explains that even if there is no self, it arises because the special habitual tendencies are the root. Even if one cultivates no-self, because the habitual tendencies are related to others, therefore its habitual tendencies are extinguished. Saying "ego-grasping is extinguished" refers to the view of sentient beings. For those who claim that there is a self, if they doubt that the scriptural authority is established through belief, then the answer is "if." The rituals such as empowerment refer to holding the three staffs, etc., and the actions of the pacifier, etc. The so-called "inference" is only a slight indication, but it actually includes direct perception as well. For what is not made by a person, it is also said that it is established as infallible from the absence of faults in the cause, which is called "not made by a person." For the words not made by a person, it is also connected with "inference is not harmful." The scriptural authority is such a real thing, that is, it is not confused about the meaning. The reason for this is that direct perception manifests its own nature, or inference is related to it. Neither of these two exists. The consciousness of dizziness, although not made by a person, is not valid cognition. The one who harms is

It is impossible, because it is not appropriate. It is also not said because of trust, because what is done by the expounders of mantras and Vedas themselves has no There is also no प्रमाण (pramāṇa, प्रमाण, प्रमाण, measure) in saying "others have done something similar to it." The reason for not being प्रमाण (pramāṇa, प्रमाण, प्रमाण, measure) is the doubt that it is related to meaning. If you want to know how not to understand, that refers to all the scriptures. If you think that everything is not प्रमाण (pramāṇa, प्रमाण, प्रमाण, measure), then all the scriptures are said. If you want to know what this is, then it is said that it also confirms its meaning. If you think that seeing selflessness etc. is contrary to desire etc., and the rituals of empowerment etc. are also contrary to people, isn't it seen in seeds etc.? Then accept this doubt. For seeds etc., the accomplished ritual does not produce, its nature is incapable, that is, without power. Why? Because it does not produce a person. Those who think that smearing with sesame oil etc. is not a साधन (sādhana, साधन, साधन, means) of liberation, also because they see the nature of not producing in seeds etc. If you ask "why," that is someone else's question. If it is not so, then that is the answer. Empowerment itself is capable, that is all that can be said. If smearing with sesame oil etc. occurs, then things that are contrary to birth, because they are not contrary to birth. Similarly, the rituals of empowerment etc. are also not contrary to birth. It is only not contrary to karma, empowerment, this supreme lord, is what exhausts dharma (dharma, धर्म, Dharma, law) and non-dharma (adharma, अधर्म, Adharma, non-law). Like this, if you doubt that a heavy person becomes light immediately after empowerment, then accept this doubt. It is said "like that." Previously heavy, not lighter after empowerment, therefore it is also not destroying sin. If you ask "why," because if it exists, then it is because of recognizing that the karma of its non-existence is contradictory. This heaviness itself, although destroyed by empowerment, is not sin. Because the sin of desire etc., its fabrication is not heavy, because it is not embodied. Saying "just that" refers to just heaviness.
