The answer is: Because it contradicts reason. It is called "that also." The meaning of "not" is just not. The cause that is contrary to permanence and pervades simultaneously with defilement and defilement abides in impermanence itself, and is also pervaded by impermanence itself. Therefore, because it does not exist, it is not the cause in dependence on bondage, that is its meaning. It is not to be said as permanent, the showing of not being a cause is clearly explained. The explanation is called "impermanence itself." If one thinks that impermanence itself does not exist, how does it obstruct being a cause? Then it is said, "For the cause." "Therefore" is called because of the certainty of pervasion. However, "being bound" and so on, is to dispel the doubt about the cause that is not the nature of both. The single basis itself is the reason for obstructing impermanence, and being a cause itself is the reason for obstructing permanence. Therefore, the nature of both is obstructed. If it is said that by repelling with the nature of both, another reason is established, then it is called "permanent and impermanent." Why? It is called "all." It means that because everything is regarded as the nature of both. If it is said that it will not become other, then it is not the nature of both. If it is said that it will become the nature of both, then it is the nature of permanent and impermanent. The answer is: Non-destruction is contrary to destruction. It is called "whose nature." If it is said that one must speak against our wishes without fail, then one must say called "permanent," then it is said called "therefore, shame." If one thinks how it contradicts, then it is called "because of whom." Because permanence and other are contradictory, it must be established by valid cognition, destruction and non-observation, and so on. If one thinks that even so, these two are not contradictory, then it is called "observation and non-observation, and so on." If one thinks why it will not become one, then it is said called "If one thinks it will not become one, then what is understood." If it is said that establishing as one is unreasonable, then it is said called "If not understood." If it is said called "permanent," that is the explanation. By this to understand.

Therefore, the ultimate point of what is called "is" has been explained in detail. The explanation of "this is very careless" refers to the realization at that time, and so on. What is called "the former and the latter as one" is the remainder. It is not the case that one realizes that very thing, because impermanence has been acknowledged. The refutation is saying, "If it is like that, it is also okay." If one wonders how it is not related, it is said (in the text), "Realizing as one." The nature of seeing "that is this," and whatever is permanent that is realized as one together, that which is called "other," the nature of impermanence, cannot be realized. Realization and non-realization themselves are unrelated, meaning that this is abandoned by valid cognition. If one wonders how it is impossible to realize as other, it is said (in the text), "Non-realization itself." An example for this is "rabbit horns." The "one" in that is to welcome the doubts of others. Regarding rabbit horns and realization, since there is no realization of a single rabbit horn, it is not one with realization, if one says so. The answer is, "Here also," from among realization and non-realization. Non-realization is impermanence itself. Therefore, how can one ascertain that the impermanent nature of non-realization is simultaneously one with the permanent nature of realization, just like rabbit horns? This is what is meant. Or, just like impermanence itself, permanence would also become non-realization, if one thinks that there is no contradiction between these two. The explanation is that the seeing of "that is this," and the seeing that is realized as one simultaneously with the seeing that is seeing, contradicts the characteristic of non-existence and non-arising, because this would lead to non-realization, and it would lead to the loss of oneness. Therefore, this itself is a contradiction. Realizing other than seeing, if one thinks that seeing is non-realization, in order to welcome this doubt, it is said (in the text), "Or, other realization." The answer is that the nature of seeing previously, the nature of other realization that is non-realization does not exist, because it has not been acknowledged that it is realized as one, this is what is meant. Now, that other realization, that which has already been seen is non-realization, this is an argument. This is also seeing now.
