The so-called reason is that suffering is not only, but also the samsaric being is established. It is not arbitrary, but in order to explain the part of the commentary on the Pramāṇavārttika, the first aspect is presented, which means "if". The so-called "some ways" is only without cause. Think of other causes from habit, like a sprout from a seed. Therefore, the so-called "therefore" is because there is no cause or there is another cause. The ultimate truth itself is the irreversible nature of Dharma. The so-called "therefore" is because of the ultimate truth. The third debate says "or". The word "etc." includes mental happiness etc. The so-called "happiness itself" is because suffering is not the ultimate truth. To this, the first debate is eliminated, which means "this also". Happiness etc. are not arbitrary, so connect them. Why? Because "for what" etc. The second problem is eliminated by "happiness etc.". The remainder is eliminated by "with what". Then, how can there be suffering? The so-called "however". The so-called "without it" is when there is no happiness. The so-called "for everything" refers to the object. The so-called "nature" is only independent of effort. The so-called "not the opposite" means that suffering needs to be achieved through effort, while happiness is naturally achieved without effort. The so-called "therefore" is because it is not the opposite. The so-called "suffering also" is not only happiness. The so-called "therefore" is because happiness is caused by habit. If happiness disappears, suffering also disappears, which means that no effort is needed. Then, if you think that suffering is the ultimate truth, so it cannot be abandoned, so it is said "in the ultimate truth". If you think how can suffering not be the ultimate truth? So it is said "this also". Also suffering. The so-called "to this" refers to when there is no happiness. Fear comes from habit, and boredom comes from habit. Understanding this way means that therefore, suffering is felt due to the habit of fear of it. Then, how can we understand that there is still a thought of happiness in suffering, happiness, and being free from both?

If it is thought that it will change, therefore it is said so. The so-called "because there is not" is because there is no habituation. The so-called "suffering itself?" is unwanted. The so-called "neither suffering nor happiness" means that at that time, because it brings happiness, it is not suffering, but because it completely transforms and brings suffering, it is not happiness, it refers to that. It will turn into a happy thought, like poisonous food and so on. Now, in order to show that there may be a thought of suffering, it is the sentence "because there is not". Because it does not have the habit of habituating happiness. The so-called "happiness" refers to what was wanted before. The so-called "from neither happiness nor suffering" means that because it is immediately the cause of suffering, it is not happiness, but because it completely transforms and accomplishes happiness, it is not suffering. Therefore, it will turn into a thought of suffering, like plowing the fields and so on. The so-called "ultimately it is not so", the thoughts of happiness and suffering, etc., refer to the circumstances. The so-called "suffering comes from not having it", here, happiness is described as a branch of completely abandoning the cause of suffering, and the conclusion is the sentence "therefore". The so-called "it" refers to happiness. To illustrate, being very happy with the son, because without him, one will feel pain, this is because one is accustomed to being afraid of not having him. If there is no habituation, then one will feel happy with that son himself, who is the cause of suffering, it is said, that is "that itself". Therefore, happiness and suffering are not ultimate. Thinking that suffering is also okay, therefore happiness should be abandoned, that is the meaning. Happiness without change, and its cause should also be habituated. If it is said that it is not suffering, it is said "constant", such as flower garlands and sandalwood, etc., wanting and. The so-called "for the sake of suffering" means for the sake of completely transforming suffering. To declare the suffering of suffering itself is "generating suffering". The suffering generated by the happiness that should be generated should be removed, meaning that it will not become discriminatory, and there is a worldly example for this.
