In relation to the Buddha, this is not a fault, because it is precisely what is desired. The term "saying" refers to refuting views such as "even if it is one, it will manifest as many." Uniqueness is reasonable. The term "from that" refers to from breathing. Alternatively, if it is not determined from breathing, then from where is it determined? Therefore, it should be repeated that "it is determined from that." It means that from the preceding preceding actions, the subsequent subsequent mind is determined. Or, if the mind itself, whose nature is the same in the preceding and subsequent, does not apprehend multiple meanings, then, when one becomes wise without understanding the many, one will simultaneously understand multiple meanings. Why? Because there is no contradiction. It means that there is no contradiction in the constant nature simultaneously holding meanings. Or, if it is thought that it is not possible to hold meanings simultaneously, then it is said that "it is not even sequentially." From breathing and so on, the mind is not uniquely determined. Therefore, thinking about how to avoid the fault of manifesting many. The term "then" is asking another. If the many minds that act sequentially, then saying that they arise simultaneously at that time is beautiful, beautiful. However, thinking that it is only one, that is "however." Because the only reason is that it is the nature of sequentially holding multiple meanings. Temporarily answering this question oneself is saying "that also." Apart from aspects such as happiness, because there is no object for the mind, how can it be said that it does not hold multiple meanings? Or, if the aspects of form and so on are of the meaning itself, and not of the nature of consciousness. The appearance there is also an image, because the nature of the formless, which is only mind, follows all aspects. Thinking this way, another said, "If the mind is." If relying on the inactive consciousness, the term "relying on" refers to relying on the consciousness that is unrelated to the nature of that aspect. If only the image of the meaning arises, then at that time the meanings of the

Because there is no difference in the order of knowledge and proximity, it would follow that all proximate things are held simultaneously. In situations such as attachment, it is also seen that only some are known. However, this "however" is someone else's view. Because through the order of the difference of habituation, an image arises for what is attached to, therefore there is knowledge. It is not so for others. Therefore, it is wrong to think that it does not become simultaneously holding things. The answer is, then, it is that very thing, it is meditation itself. The so-called image of things is the image. The so-called breathing, etc., is because they exist, but they only function when attached to certain things. For this, we are also trying to prove that cognition and image are not different, and I have no doubt about this. By what means is the cognition of objects distinguished? If the image that precedes the previous habituation is established, then breathing is not the cause. Just by that, the beginningless consciousness is established, and the terms of cognition and knowable are fully possessed, then what is the point of seeking knowledge that is not different from the image here? The meaning to be expressed by the word image is that which continuously arises from previous habituation, that is what we call knowledge, because there is no other valid cognition besides that. The establishment of different cognition from that is also clear from reasoning. Therefore, even though this image is produced by the body, it only depends on the owner of the previous habituation. If there is no dependence, then even if different cognitions are admitted, that fault still remains. To illustrate this, the latter half explains, like a mirror. The so-called "however" refers to the ability to hold something other than the object of attachment. It will not hold other objects. Up to this point, in the aspect of investigation, it excludes breathing, etc., as the cause of cognition, and in order to refute the view of momentariness, it accepts the doubts of others, which is "however." The so-called "also in that" refers not only to some formless cognitions, but also to breathing. The many moments are because the limbs are refuted. Doubt whether it will become nearly dwelling at one time in a hundred.
